I recently stayed at this property with my family I will surely fall short of words if I have to rate them as everything was perfect. Special thanks to GM,Pooran Joshi ji, Chef and Chandan Ji. As per our request they prepared meals for my kid. Rooms are clean, spacious and food is awesome. The staff is polite and they never say no to anything. All followers please stay at this property and trust me guys you will never regret it. I will visit Haldwani again and will definitely stay at this place. I had a very pleasant stay as i stayed here for two consecutive days. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the Five Elements Hotels Maplewood Premier is great and close to everything. Only issue with washroom is that there is no curtain/partition to prevent spillage of water into non bathing zone. Regards

Visited on 16 october. Parking is available. Rooms are spacious and clean, washroom was clean and seems to be hygienic. Though not much food options. Breakfast available only till 10. 30a. M near market area so you can shop all the big brands easily landmark near walkway mall.

Room are spacious and clean washroom also hygiene rooftop restaurant is amazing location is in heart of city all outlet and showroom are near by of Five Elements Hotels Maplewood Premier management should some improvement in service rest are good and plea-sent staying.

Located in the mid city near mall appearance is very good, you may struggle for the entry point as it is on the side road. *check in with in 10 min. *food served hot and in time. Value for the money. *hygiene is maintained. *transit stay but safety doesn’t look bad.

I made overnight stay. Hotel was centrally located. Rooms were clean & moderate in size. Restaurant was good but expensive. Value for money is 6/10. Staff at the reception & other places were pleasant & helpful.

Location was the prime factor. All shops are nearby and near to railway station.

Excellent room services, rooms are clean and hygienic. Food is okay. Open top and closed restaurant facility. Walkable to main road. Easy to locate. Wi-fi not there.
