our experience is very bad. The rooms were nasty. Bed sheets were dirty. It was totally unhygienic. There was mosquitoes in the rooms. Behaviour of the staffs was not good.light of the rooms was insufficient. Even there was no ceiling fan, no calling bell in the rooms. Condition of the A. C. was also not good. When we requested for a fan they somehow arranged a wall fan in only one room. Even 'fly inn ' is not their hotel. The actual name is 'square inn'. when we reached at a hotel naming 'Fly Inn' a man received us and said that there was some property issue and said that our booking was not in that hotel and fetch us in Square Inn.They also charged high price for A. C. rooms as our booking was in superior rooms and provided us two A. C. rooms instead of three rooms (as we booked three superior rooms)we mark 1 out of 10 for that hotel and recommend not to book that hotel further to anybody.

Not a great experience with them. Zero flexibility and bed sheets were dirty. Despite requesting they did not change

Utter bad experience and the staff was so rude at the guest while seeking information. Room was uncomfortable. Totally unsatisfied.

First of all, they give me very dirty room. And then, they do help me to change to another room but nothing get better. Then they ask me abt airport drop off service, i asked abt the price and they said 400rps for only around 5km taxi and i was abt to take uber instead and they make up a story that uber will not available at that time and no uber will take me and im a bit tired so i just took the car from the hotel to go to airport. The car came to pick me which have a label of Uber instead the car, and i check the rate in uber, it’s only 200rps. So the hotel make up the story and fraud me the amount of money. The driver picked me and asked me where I come from and he insisted to asked me to give him my currency from my country, i told him that i don’t have and he just keep and forcing me with the currency.

Poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, very disappointed with stay. Foul smelling toilets, bedsheets and blankets were dirty

The place was very close to the airport. The staff was very polite and courteous. Absolutely loved the stay. Will recommend this place to all friends and family.

Room was not hygienic. There is no lock key in the room. Staff behaviour is not good. Denteal kit also not provided by hotel

Horrible stay! The behaviour of the staff was very bad. Rooms were not at all in a good condition. The bed linens were all stained & the room was stinking. They even overcharged us even after I had booked & the guy at the reception was continuously arguing & misbehaving. Don’t recommend this property at all!!

No any facilities. Need spa facility please arrange to talk hotel

The standards of the hotel have come down drastically. The bed linens were dirty. Room service absent. I had a misfortune to stay in a room where the door could not be locked! Unbelievable but true. I was a solo traveller.

The stay was good and comfy. The receptionist also was very helpful in arranging a cab for me the next day for travel.

Please be careful while booking this hotel. The moment I reached the Hotelier was not accepting my confirmed booking saying that his fare is higher than my booking amount. I was asked to pay the difference of Rs. 500/- or contact Makemytrip and get it resolved. It took me 30 -45 mins. Makemytrip cancelled the booking and refunded the amount and I was forced to pay cash at the hotel for my stay as it was almost 1AM. Terrible experience. The hotel is close to the airport and is decent place for transit.

Amazingly bad.. you can’t expect worse than this.. pathetic / terrible.. horrible.. have no words!!!!

1.1 30 PM check in time Worst behaviour. AC was not properly working and no phone facility to Reception and lift not working and they provided room third floor and asking for through mobile why Acis not working and started shouting to check out immediately around 11,.45 Pm and after that i have request them at least fan and at last they provided . Ambiance is Lvery ppor and loke lodge

The room and hospitality was good but the place is too noisy, electricity is an issue. Very expensive for the facilities
