Zakhir Hussain is a very sweet person. He made homemade dinner and breakfast for us. The room was very well maintained with the only problem of electricity failures. But at night electricity was back and the Electric blanket worked.

Perfect place to spend your vacation. So pleasant and breezy deck outside to have your breakfast with a breathtaking view. Host and staff is very humble and polite. Fresh food was served each time.

Terrible Stay

Over price horrible stay( no electricity & no water in the bathroom) rude behaviour by the staff not supportive staff no water for drinking provided by the hotel. Worst morning breakfast, ( no taste, oily, on bread with butter and tea is served in over hiked price ) not book this property, stay in your own car better than stay in this property. It's like a horrible nightmare

Dear Urmit, Thanks for rating us but I wish you could have written true review. We have electricity back up , Invertor as well as Generator and electricity was provided . We served ypu Omelets, Toast , Tea and Alu paratha made in butter, how can any of these are oily when no oil is used . You woke up late had late breakfast, left my place after check out time , when you were asked to check out you started making excuses just bcoz you wanted to leave late , if you could have requested we could have given you extra time. We arranged taxi for you at the cheap rate as you couldn't find a cheap one. You left without paying our bill of water bottles and extras , when we asked you started giving excuses and shouting. Please see what you paid to stay in a home stay evaluates services against that . I can guarantee you that our services ( best in segment , service staff ( very polite and trained) and food (Home made ) . You paid for a homestay and wanted 5 star . Also you got clean big rooms with crisp linen , for drinking water you wanted bottled water and it's chargeable which you didn't wanted to pay. For water money you abused my staff , we tolerated it as we respect you as you were our guest. Please don't act the same way with any other homestay .

Address shows sonamarg. But the location is thirty kilometers away from sonmarg. Only customers are being cheated and when we called and asked why you are showing the wrong address. So spoke to us with bad words.

Best stay ever had with super friendly host.

Pankajbhai and rauf was fantastic as a host! the house was spectacular and looked exactly what the images showed. Super clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and view is panoramic. All good, and 100% would recommend staying here.
