had an excellent stay place is strategically located in centre of city. though slightly old property & needs renovation, rooms were comfortable & well appointed & ac temperature well regulated. food was of decent quality. however what stole the show was the competent & congenial staff. since we were checking out early & we’re missing bf, asked if an evening snacks could be substituted for bf. it was instantly approved by manager without any tantrums expected in a corporate set up. this is something we were very happy about. would approve this Fortune Park JP Celestial-Member ITC Hotel Group just for the attitude of the staff. 👍🏻

We booked for a premium king bed room and the room was quite spacious, neat and clean. Breakfast was included in the tariff and we had a great buffet breakfast. The food was tasty. Only problem we faced was the time taken for check in process. There was only one expereinced staff a lady named saheli who was handling all the customers. All other staff at the reception is like trainees. Management should please arrange one more experienced staff to avoid the delay for check in and checkout procedures.

It was a very nice Fortune Park JP Celestial-Member ITC Hotel Group experience. The staff at the counter was a very kind man and he helped with early checkin swiftly, with no added cost (at 10:30am instead of 2pm. The breakfast was decent with a lot of indian options and a few continental options. The Fortune Park JP Celestial-Member ITC Hotel Group room furniture felt a little dated however the place was kept very neatly. As a woman staying alone, it felt pretty safe.

Pros: The check-in process was quick. Vipul provided excellent and helpful service. In-room dining is great. The room is spacious, comfortable and had a clean bathroom. Although I didn't explore all amenities, there's a pool, spa, and a nice restaurant. Cons: While the stay and food are on the pricey side, the quality justifies the cost. The location is at the centre of the city, but accessing an Uber taxi requires a short walk to the pick-up point.

It was a pleasant experience. Rooms were very neat and clean and staff's are so helpful. The check in and check out was so ease. I like the way they handle their guests. I opted for breakfast and it's buffet. Delicious south & north indian items were kept. Additionally, they prepared special(grinded food) breakfast and lunch (dhal kichidi) for my 1. 5yrs old son for lunch with no cost. Our overall experience was excellent. Stay month: july 2024.

Check in was fast..relatively less crowded at 1 pm in the afternoon.. check put on 27th was also quick..good spread for breakfast and tasty too.. initially found food a little spicy but they did customize and reduce the spice..rooms were clean and housekeeping efficient. I stayed for a night. It was pleasant. The check in process was quick. The complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome. Check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 12 pm, which is not convenient for everyone. It would be perfect if they give a 24 hours check in option. Nothing to complain about. The rooms were hygienic. No disturbances. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is located at the heart of the city ! the rooms are huge and well-maintained. The staff are cooperative and understanding. The breakfast spread is quite good and the food is tasty. The live kitchen also prepares delicious south indian dishes and omelettes. The lobby is very small and you cannot invite a guest for a meeting at the lobby. Overall i would recommend 8/10.

It was a nice stay, and the Fortune Park JP Celestial-Member ITC Hotel Group room was clean and neat. The breakfast variety could have been better. The location of the Fortune Park JP Celestial-Member ITC Hotel Group is great, and it is near the mall and railway station, which made a big difference when it comes to a day stay. Overall it is a good choice to stay.

It was a pleasant stay. Despite being at main junction. I could not hear traffic noise as the Fortune Park JP Celestial-Member ITC Hotel Group exceeded my request of my stay on the higher floor, the buffet breakfast was also good & room was also spacious

The Fortune Park JP Celestial-Member ITC Hotel Group was good. And clean. But the food was not that good. Specially continental. And other things are okay. Staffs are well behaved. Had a good stay. No that’s okay

Food was nice. Food quality can be more nice non vegetarian. Room service great. Vegaterian is just good.

In terms of facilities, food and hospitality the charge is higher than what is provided, in fact food bill is charged high from menu without tax and when i asked they didn't even gave proper answer

The property is good, though old. Value for money! food service is quick and good. The Fortune Park JP Celestial-Member ITC Hotel Group is not a first choice because of the location.

Location - 5 stars food - 5 stars amenities - 4 stars services - 5 stars ( special mention for ms. Angel who gave us excellent service during morning breakfast)

Overall it was good only. But not upto the level as expected from itc brand Fortune Park JP Celestial-Member ITC Hotel Group. Dining time is till 10:30 in night, but after 9pm you will get bad and delayed service. Unacceptable service

Everything was good. No complaints about the property. Including service, supportive staff, rooms are good.
