Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel

You end up giving a lot of 5 star reviews to places but rarely have I meant it so much, Fatihma at the front desk was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome the moment we entered the Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable and had a great view of Cochin Harbor and you could tell that great thought has gone into stuff like the quality of linen to the toiletries etc, we had a rental car which the staff noticed and before they informed us they had already figured out how to get it fixed and since it was late at night someone had been arranged to come at 8 am to fix it, when the guy got late we were informed by the front desk that the person will take another 45 minutes all this without us following up with them, by the time I reached the parking the manager had stood on the guys head and gotten it repaired which was a great help considering the language barrier between me and the repair guy, it was off season and breakfast was a cold buffet but the staff made sure we were well informed that anything else we wanted would be prepared for us immediately from dosas to eggs and sausages to order. The chef visited us at our table and asked us if he could wanted anything special for the next morning and prepared us a traditional Kerala breakfast for the next day on my request. The area is ideally located for a tourist with all the cafes, spice shops and tourist attractions like Montancherry Palace and Jewish Synagogue at a walking distance. I have heard of such service from the real top end Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotels of the world but it is the first time that have experienced such attention to detail. As someone had written in a previous review you could always choose the more well known branded Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotels but its you who is gonna be the loser.

Pros: - Best food I had for ages; especially dinner (cook during lunch time is different; it is okay but not at par). - The food is made from organic ingredients; wow, I love it even more. - Rooms are comfortable. - The toiletries are herbal and nice; actually love them. - Not crowded; that is what I needed when on leisure. - Staff were always ready to listen to our requests. - Pool was quiet and good. - nice view from the terrace/pool. - Spa is decent. Cons: - Getting a ride is a little time taking as it was almost like the farthest end of the city - It is relatively a new 5 Star Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel. So less known locally. Getting directions to reach was an issue (Not sure why the cabs don't use the maps!!! ). However, with Google-Maps we can help him out.

The first thing about the Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel is the impressive lobby with a grand fountain carved from white marble stone. We stayed at the Duke's chamber on the fourth floor, that has a partial a sea view overlooking the harbor front. The breakfast spread is pretty good and they make some lip smacking dosas on request. The staff are very courteous and one of the staffers, Nombrada from the restaurant helped kept our daughter engaged while we were finishing our lunch. Such nice little gestures would surely leave you with nice memories about your stay here. This property comes highly recommended for anyone looking for options around Fort Kochi.

Took two rooms for two families with decent views of the back water channel and Kochi terminals. Very friendly staff at check in and through out the stay. Really good variety of food at Zamorin and East India Cafe. Lovely view from the roof top pool and clean. A fantastic 360 degree view of the backwaters, harbor and Fort Kochi township from the clock tower on top of the Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel. Clean and efficient bathroom with all the amenities needed. Comfortable bed and lighting. Was a really pleasant experience for kids as well.

With all the rooms having seaview, the only thing which could have been better with view was if port was not situated just opp the Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel. None the less apart from view the Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel is situated inside fort Kochi, home to numerous cafe and fine dine places to eat in. The Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel itself is luxurious and vibrantly decorated. The front desk is efficient and friendly. The rooms were at par with 5 star Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotels. Overall, great stay.

Everything about the Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, fancy, spacious with excellent service. Great staff, they really value the know the customers, special thanks for reception and the restaurant staff - first class service. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Our stay was amazing with the manager and the supporting staff helping us in everything. The food was the thing that stood out most and was exquisite with their chef even ready to make adjustments in the menu to suit our taste also. Rooms were comfy super clean well maintained and rooftop view is v v nice. Its close to all tourist destinations in fort Kochi and the only five star in that area. Special thanks to anita at reception for making us feel at home.

Room was very comfortable. Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was amazing. View not so much. Could see little of sea and more of wooden warehouse of some sort where men were taking baths and cleaning. Located slightly off main area. Need to walk 10 mins or take auto to reach main areas of Fort Kochi.

Every precaution was taken, from ensuring mask wearing to sanitization and temperature checks.

Such a beautiful location even tho a little hard to reach but perfect to have a good getaway weekend with activities and couple and friends activities too

The room is excellent, other things like service food is adequate. Location is good, you can find the main tourist attractions a km away but the area around the Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel is not very nice, the road leading to Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel is not built properly.

The Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel is located next to the backwaters with a awesome view of the harbour. Though the room we stayed... Dukes chamber... Didn't have a good view, the service was pretty good. Warm receptionists. Yummy food. Overall, good stay.

Beautiful building and rooms. Restaurant is not a very good value; tasty food with nice seasonings but choice of chicken piece in a dish was undesirable. Part of the room is uncomfortable because of the strong air blowing from the air conditioning.

The stay was really good. Staffs were really friendly. Manager attended everone personally. Food was good.

We just love this place and continue the booking for another two days.

Excellent interior, awesome rooms. It would been a plus if this Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel was on built by the harbor front as the view from the, Hotel is restricted by adjoining residential area and you can barely see harbor / sea from rooms. That too from some of the rooms built on the front. Otherwise, its a great Hotel.
