I had planned to stay at Fragrant Nature at Munnar with family during my vacation trip from 27th April 2017 to 30th April 2017. I reached around 3. 00 pm at Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel and welcomed with a wet towel to refresh followed by a quick welcome drink. Mr. Majo Jose promptly lead towards room number 801 at floor -8, yes you read it right its minus 8. The rooms ares at lower levels and all rooms are with fantastic Valley views. We saw the room and felt very cosy and comforting. Majo Jose gave quick overview of the property and facilities like inhouse restaurant, Spa, room service and restaurant at level 1. Ranjith was quick to bring our luggage. We felt at luxurious and safe place. The room is equipped with a electric heater, a minibar filled with soft drinks, an led tv, hair dryer, locker, hangers, iron box, godrej locker... After settling in the room we thought to explore the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel. The Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel has a very good private space on different floors with amazing valley views and beautiful private garden. We clicked some good memories and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and safety in the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel. Next to explore SPA... A complementary head massage by Jijo was a relaxing experience. The doctor at spa explained about various spa packages starting with Rs 2000 and above... Well it might sound costly... Though a value for money. Next to spa is a well equipped gym for workouts. There us also a play area with carom, chess, tennis and table tennis. The Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel also has an inhouse restaurant with good variety of veg and non veg option. Being vegetarian we checked with Mr Anas and Mr. Saneesh and understand that cooking of veg items are done separately... We had our dinner and it was good. We had complimentary breakfast included in our booking... So next morning we tried it. The breakfast had multiple options from sandwiches, idly, dosa, vada to Chole poori, coffee, tea, porridge, fruits... The spread was good to ensure that every guest had something to choose. The people at Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel are with customer first attitude... And thats why their names are still fresh in mind Majo Jose, Ranjith, Anas, Saneesh, Ms. Jacqueline, Vinod, Vasudevan... Overall a memorable stay with comfort and luxury... Do not miss to stay here if you are at Munnar and if budget is not a constraint. Definitely a five star experience with fantastic location and good people ready to serve at all time. Our stay and booking experience at FGN Munnar thru MMT has been totally amazing. The Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel is set in a picturesque location at an altitude with great views all around. We were welcomed traditionally with tea. All through our stay we were very well taken care of. We booked the moonbliss room and the experience fab - the mesmerizing balcony views, great food, chai shop, greenery and the bonfire daily in the evenings, to call out a few. As for the staff, would like to call out on the exec chef Alex, who took our son for a kitchen tour, which he totally loved. Would also like to call out on the front desk (Elsy, Bibin etc), who were very helpful and especially with one of the billing queries that Bibin helped resolve in prompt manner. The entire house keeping and Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel waiting staff needs a pat on the back. We also took the day tour courtesy the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel, which was an awesome experience again. If I have to point just one thing, it would be if they can have couple of staff members allocated near the kids play area to engage the kids for an hour or two (painting, board games etc) giving the parents a small break 😊, would be a great add to the overall experience. Overall very happy and looking forward to our next stay here with you all!

Their moonlight view room although is slightly pricey but is worth every penny ! Wake up to heavenly views of the floating clouds and mist covered mountains and October is just the right time as there is slight nip in the air with occasional drizzle and you can enjoy lavish lunch spreads on the balcony and piping hot tea and pakoras with equal ease. The rooms are huge and spotless clean and the views from the attached balconies of the moonlight bliss rooms are just heavenly! Room service is quick, food although slightly pricey, is delicious and perhaps one of the few places in Munnar where you find good vegetarian food to eat 😊 room for improvement : the breakfast on day 2 was bad ( stale uttapam and no vegetarian bakery products in the menu), the approach path to six series rooms has a slippery pavement and my mother almost fell down the stairs after slipping from there (terrible for an Uber expensive place like this) the lifts system is very confusing! Staff is amazing and very friendly ( specially Neha and Jack ). Even with my mum almost falling down the steps and some misses, these guys took great care of us and made the stay memorable .overall a 7.5 on 10

It's an excellent place to stay in Munnar - a very new resort. Location is a bit away from Munnar town but it's worth it looking at the hospitality. Well behaved, polished and helpful staff truly transform the customer experience and this place is an great example of that. Rooms are big, cosy and staff will take utmost care to make your stay comfortable. Resort is very nice, with good facilities in the room, toiletries, modern things expected from a 5* resort & to make your stay utmost comfy. Resort also overlooks picturesque mountains views. The food was the best part of the place. Truly amazing world class food. The buffets had a very nice spread at part with any other 4/5 star Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel in India. The quality and taste were amazing. The best part was they were very open to customizations and would gladly prepare something in case you had specific dietary requirements. Would definitely like to mention good work being done by the restaurant staff & manager. Keep it up Would love to go back and stay here whenever possible with my entire family! Overall a Great Stay.

From so many options available in Munnar we chose Fragrant Nature. And the right decision was made. The Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel has a scenic views of valley from each room. Rooms are spacious and clean with a touch elegance and they mean hospitality. Visiting Munnar after flood with our 11 year old son was quite fearsome but once we reached the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel, all our worries faded away as we found the place most peaceful. It is approximately 5 km from old Munnar town and so very easily accessible. We tried out all three restaurants including coffee shop. The food is delicious and freshly cooked. The staff is so polite and courteous and will make you feel special every moment you spent there. Especially, staff have been so helpful throughout our stay. Definitely worth the visit. Would love to come back in future.

The Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel has a lively view. Loved the way the rooms are built. Every room gets a view. It's a beautiful Valley view. There are gardens behind the rooms so you can spend enough time watching the view there. Hotel is very hygienically maintained. Amenities are very good. Rooms have fans, a/c and heater as well. Bathrooms are very neat. The only thing is food is not so great. Only breakfast was good. They need a change of chef. They have cycles in the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel you can take them Around, they have some activities in the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel like plantation walk, trekking, cooking demo etc. On charge. Distance from City is very less so easy to get to the Munnar Town and go anywhere. Overall had a great stay!

My experience with Fragrant Nature has been awesome, I liked the way they greeted us with traditional style. Property is located close to the most scenic view point of Munnar and we experienced it from our balcony. Hotel set up is great with varied room style as per your need, we stayed at moonlight bliss room type which has a great view from balcony. All the staffs we interacted are very friendly. I would like give special thanks to Neha for allocating the room quickly as I had last minute booking and Tushar and Jagdish for taking care of my special request for room upgrade. Thank you team Fragrant Nature Munnar for great hospitality.

The view from room was breath taking. Food was tasty. Surely will recommend others.

The stay was excellent. The ambiance was too good. The walk along the tea estate was unique and refreshing. The quality of the food and the restaurant ambience also was excellent. Overall the restaurant staff, the reception staff and the staff who took us for the tea estate walk were all very cordial and impressive. Certainly would recommend this property for any of my friends who are visiting munnar.

The interiors and the facilities the location are excellent. They provided cycle on rent, which was very convenient. Food and the varieties offered matched with our taste. The room service was excellent. But, They do not have a provision for a bed space for the Driver, who is accompanying. Secondly it is better to mention which Telecom company is having a range in the area. So that we can come prepared.

Extremely pleasant and comfortable stay, good house keeping and excellent support from the staff

The location was excellent. Property doesn't have pool, even though it is five star. We requested manager for complimentary upgrade, if there are availablity of other rooms, but they denied. May be a business call. But if they would have given it, that would have been cheery on the cake. Food - from north indian perspective and jain, we never felt that we are visiting south. It was good and above our expectation. They also had jain options available. A must visit property.

It was an amazing experience. All the staffs were very helpful and responded on time. Inf-act the whole team were great from the security guard to room staffs. Fragrant nature munnar never disappoints.

We stayed 3 nights as a family and the overall experience was excellent. I particularly appreciate the cleanliness of the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel including our room and common areas, prompt service and superb view of the tea gardens and mountains from the room. Stunning valley view with a huge balcony. Property is well maintained with natural flowers all over the place. Staff is very well behaved. Definitely recommended. We visited there at an special occassion and they upgraded to their suite room which was super luxurious. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.
