There were mirrors only in bathrooms. Extra mirror required either in rooms or hall. Heater should have been kept in rooms as it was cold on the days we stayed. Staff were good and well behaved. Breakfast was good.

Property location was good, away from noise of city. Apartment was nice and clean with all basic amenities. I opted for breakfast, which was good decision as breakfast was very good.

Poor services. Cleaning very poor

The room and linen were good but in 3 days of stay not even once was the room or kitchen cleaned. Dirty plates kept lying in kitchen, on repeated request garbage was removed. Kitchen had only tea maker option. One can cook nothing as it us not permitted. Gas and utensils were present but we were instructed not to used them. Tea sachets and tea cups even water glasses were not replaced. They were taken away and never replenished. Very disappointed. If it's a home stay booking kitchen should be allowed to be used. We would have booked a hotel if only we had access to our room

Dear mr. Seth, at the outset, we would like to thank you for your feedback. Well let me explain the points one by one which you have mentioned in your fake review. 1- no where we have mentioned that we provide full kitchen. We provide tea cattle, fridge and microwave which were already there for your use. 2- i personally met you while check-in and assisted you with your baggage and escorted to your room, in that you have given us 3* rating. 3- you ordered food multiple times and it was delivered on time every time. In that you have given us 2* for food arrangement. 4- you asked for change of bedsheet to our staff and it was changed same time. 5- you had excess to your room, common hall with sofa, sofa table and dinning table and kitchen as well your every call was answered and full filled your every requirements. If anything was wrong or incomplete you could have asked me directly as you were having all the conversation but the true fact is that there was nothing like you have mentioned. Thank you !

Beautiful property, good staff and food. Purpose of choosing this property was to attend a patient at nearby hospital and catch the flight. Both purpose solved and cherry on the cake was the home made food.
