This place is totally opposite to the pictures shown, rooms are so dirty, cockroaches running around, pool not maintained, no water bottles, no towels no dental kit, frequent power cut, water stoppage in the washroom if we complain to the manager he says “ no water in tank so it stopped” as if we don’t know that the question is why it’s stopped when it’s promised to be given he’s telling if we put motor it wil come my question is what are u managing until someone calls u and complain?? Very careless behaviour we changed 3 rooms because of insects but all were extremely dirty in their own way... one of the worst stay I visited in 2025

AC ineffectiveness made our afternoon and night disaster. Not expected from hotel at the peak of season. Water tank empty in the morning which stuck me in the bathroom for half an hour waiting for tap water to come.

We reached after travel-ling for 24 hours and checked in at 2 pm as per plan to have good sleep for 31st night party. But the ac cooling was like desert wind. After 3 hours of request they tried to fix the issue but at the end declared gas leakage problem. They assured by 9 pm it will be fixed but didn't do it. At the end we have to sleep without ac at night. This was not expected at the peak of season means without proactive maintenence- seems negligence. In the morning water tank finished and i have to sit at toilet seat for half an hour waiting for water. Booked through make my trip which shows complimentary high tea between 4 to 6 pm but hotel person denied. Make my trip shows parking available but it is outside with no clarity of parking space. The outside of room resort looks good but swimming pool looks like baby pool.

Great location near to sinquerim beach and aguada fort excellent behaviour by staff and owner service was nice and fast

Rooms are very poor with dirty linen & door mats. In room amenities like intercom,tv, ac doesn't work or trouble some. no proper house keeping. Even staffs is not customer friendly.

The property was good but the washroom flush was not good, and also the ac was little far from the bed. Hot water facility was good room was quite smell

if you are a explorer than you can stay at this but if u want to stay for whole than i will suggest you to see another place because it's not that much good

Giving it a 1 star because there's no option to give a zero. We pre booked the resort (30 days in advance). When we arrived at night, after the 15 hour tiresome journey , the person at reception straight away asked us to come later because time is over for check in. He didn't even ask if we had a booking, or a welcome or any gesture of hospitality and was just looking at his phone watching reels. The resort has no lift. After a while of discussion, we were taken to our assigned room. On the way to room , there was a stink of poop all the way as they have washroom doors open and not cleaned. Somehow we reached the room and saw that the room was unprepared for guests. The bedsheets were soiled, the washroom was stinking and in bad shape, there were no toiletries, AC was not working, phone not working, etc. We couldn't even stand there because of the condition of room. We requested to clean the rooms and fix all the things. It took us 2 hours, we waited and then we used the room. The toiletries that were given were expired.There were not doormats, no towels placed. Whatever we needed we had to go through so much pain, delay in requesting for basic things like towels, tissues. If the booking was refundable and we had other options available instantly, we would have certainly cancelled this booking. To normalise the situation, there was an executive named Ram who helped as much he could to make things better. However, he couldn't do much. The owner Imran is a fraudster, we called him before coming and even after we faced this situation, he politely denied and said he will visit us, but he didn't even see us in our 3 day stay, even once. There were only two food options: Puri sabzi for veg, and omlette for non veg in breakfast. They charged whopping amount and provided with a worst experience in return.

Prime location near delta casino, situated at sinquerim beach. Good sightseeings nearby are aguada fort, candolim beach, baga beach. Pool facility available.

ना बाथरूम में पानी है ना एयरकंडीशनर सही से चल रहा था और ना टीवी साथ में पीने के लिए पानी भी खरीदना पड़ता था ,, मैं इस रिजॉर्ट में एक बार और आ चुका हु उस टाइम भी ऐसा ही हाल था

The rooms are not clean and fresh odour of bathrooms and we there is lot of issues with water we stay for 2 days but no water their and no cleaning housekeeping their worst stay in their.

Room is decent. But no hygiene i found half drunk red bull and other food spillage in room which was done by previous guests. Other than room is decent. People caretakers are very responsive and responsible. They provide right guidance for tourists.

Property is not upto the mark not maintained & so many hygiene issues. Property staff is very polite & food quality is superb.

Fusion resort is a bad place .. Rooms is very bad.. stuff behaviour are not good..very bad restaurant..my experience very bad 😕

The location shown by google is wrong. We reached there by call & got a location. The experience was average but the rooms have an airconditioner problem. Laundry was more expensive & delayed.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at fusion resort. The room had an unpleasant odor and lacked an extra blanket for the third person. The pool was unclean, with insects present. Additionally, the electric kettle and fridge were non-functional, and the staff declined our request for a replacement. Despite the map indicating a beachside location, the hotel is situated around 800 meters away from the beach, on a main road.

Worst experience, don’t wast money, rooms stink, no proper water, no hot water, complimentary breakfast also chargeable. Bad experience.

Hotel was pathetic, breakfast u don't find any thing never club room and breakfast. U can found alotoff mosquitoes in room.

The hotel was not as shown in the photos. The hotel booked for 3 people had only double beds. The bedsheet was not good for a third person. The hotel seemed quite expensive in terms of service, no other services were available.
