Property is good, but what i feel is that the staff over all should be gentle with their guest and should be good in service Eg - when i order food in room i got that after half an hour and food was not even warm

The room was good and clean but there was a lot of residual smoke in the room. Probably the previous guest was a smoker. The windows were not opening and the room felt stuffy despite the ac. The food was decent.

Best hotel to stay in mira road

Room are very neat and lavish. I stayed in the premium regal suite. It also has a bathtub. Breakfast was complimentary. Must have breakfast. Food is top notch at gcc. I ordered several times from the dinning. A complimentary wine bottle was also given to us for the stay.
