I room was bad. The TV wasn't working. Hotel staff was rude. The food was stale and fishy.

Not a good experience. Bedsheets were dirty, showers were not working well. Although the staff was good.

Lo-action was very very bad and even no have a waterbottle also rooms also unclean all is veryverybad

Very low maintenance place, I had the dirtiest bedsheet, room had a cockroach and the room was not even cleaned. I will ask you to avoid visiting this place.

Price is too high for this facility. There is no parking facility and rooms are not clean. . Only advantage is very near to railway station and centre. Finally done before fooled by seeing the photographs in the site. There is nothing similar to the pictures. All are old furnished and broken too. And rooms is not clean.

Bed cover was not washed, washroom was not clean, water bottle was not kept. Wall is too dirty.

This property is non operational and they clearly told us that we have not activated our online bookings still you got the booking so we can't go-ahead with this. MakeMyTrip should do the needful to get my money refunded

Comfortable stay in the hotel. Staff is cooperative and friendly. No issues faced. Room is good and washroom is also good. Main usp is price point. Price of the room is genuine.

I have traveled a lot and have booked many times through your app but this experience was the worst of my life. The hotel is situated in a narrow alley and the rooms were stinking and how it has been given 3 star rating is a question you have to ask from your team. I will never book a hotel from your app again only tickets will be booked. I did not stay there and at 12 o’clock in the night i had to look for another hotel with my wife. Thanks to your executive mr jam-es who helped in getting my booking canceled

Room is very dirty don't want to stay again please don't add this kind of hotel under your list it harm yourself

There is pan everywhere on the walls. Not so great experience during checkin and checkouts. Rooms are very average. Approach road is very narrow. Only two good things about this hotel is nearness to ndls and food ordered is of good taste

They switched off the air conditioner. They will turn it on if you call them. We booked a super deluxe room. They provided an average room. Tv not working. Ac is very weak. Water leaking inside room during rain outside.

The room & bed sheets are not clean. & also not provide bill by hotel. Total amount paid my wallet. Hotel reception was not give me gst bill.

Location: worst as it could be, inside a narrow dark lane. Rooms: terrible, hotel walls paint very bad condition, bathroom doors : very dirty. Dirty utensils outside rooms, bedsheet very dirty. No security guard at front. Only three guys chatting at sofa. I entered the hotel saw the room and didn't had courage to stay!

Very small rooms and not at all clear. Washroom was pathetic. Also, bed sheet and quilt was really dirty. Not worth at all. Please avoid

Must require improvement charges 1500 rs but room condition, service like 700 rs / room like no any reply what ever you tell them.
