GK Heritage Inn

The room was decent with two double beds and a big bathroom, hot water was always available (you can also heat up drinking water ) and the staff was very helpful.

Location of the property is excellent as it is close to many must see sites and close to many good restaurants.

The best part was sam/his father who were very genuine and helpful along with caretaker abhishek and abhijit. The place was neat and clean but disappointed by the room which was small with the washroom door not locking. I think for the price basic amenities like table, kettle, and most important drinking water should be provided.

The stay were nice except the music playing from the neighboring room, apart from that everything were good and the reception guy ab-hi was quite friendly person.

It’s nice to stay in this heritage. Good to prefer everyone.

Gave stay in a building without any sign board. It was not g k heritage. Probably it was g k garden as told by staff. But the stay was comfortable with good hospitality and location was near station and bus stand.

Provided accommodation in g k garden and not g k heritage. This was a fraud. Hospitality was good.

Value for money, service good

We were 4 people and came to ooty for the first time. We were very skeptical about our stay but when we checked-in here, the staff helped in every possible way. They made our stay very cozy and comfortable by bringing hot drinking water pro-actively, suggesting reasonable ways to visit maximum places and even bringing food from outside when we requested. We will definitely be coming here again when visiting ooty and recommend the same to you as well! enjoy stay at g k heritage in ooty, queen of the nilgiris!
