Very bad and poor service No hot water Bed totally durty Not properly check in time

"Room cleanliness and staff grooming standards fell short of expectations. The room appeared unclean, with bed sheets seemingly unchanged. Additionally, WiFi was unavailable. Staff wore casual attire (half pants and sleepers) which didn't reflect a professional image.

I hav booked for 4days but left after 1 night because the room was very bad dam walls bed sheet dirty pillow dirty electricity was not coming no water bottle was given had to buy from the outside store

Room condition was horrible, stinky, unhygienic, electrical connections were dangerously open. Furniture was rotten.

There is so many red ant in room as well as on bad also. And getting power current in shower. No electricity power. If you are not providing a good hotels in law rates then delete it from makemytrip list.

The worst experience i ever had in my stay at goan holiday resort. First of all this is not a resort hotel, so they must change the name of the hotel to motel/lodge. The ac was not working after several times of complain it’s been repaired, initially they were not accepting the fault and was trying deceive by saying the display is not functioning properly that’s why it shows the wrong temperature. There is earthing or electrical issue in the bathroom, while taking shower we experienced severe electrical shock. The bed cover was tucked because the bed sheet was torn.

Poor quality of room infrastructure the smell room is not a proper bed. The caretaker is quite annoying. Not for couples. Drinking water is not good.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Near to beach. Location @ good place

If you are aim is just to sleep without any luxury than you can go for it. It is an average room for the price charged. Bathroom was not clean shower was not working

Good service and location near beach and hotels

Room was not good for stay. No tv. No big space. Bed covers not clean

We booked two rooms for a family of three. Pictures of the hotel are deceptive. shows this in the category of resorts but it is in the highly crowded area, a commercial hotel. We reached at about 10 pm after a tiring journey, the condition of the rooms was not in good condition, no drinking water, no wifi, given room on 2 nd floor, me my husband are above 60. Climbing up the high staircases was really difficult. I called and explained our plight but no action is taken till date. The hotel manager told us to contact as if he was knowing, nothing will happen, we had already booked for three nights. we managed anyhow, gave three alternative Very dissatisfied.

Stay- rooms are spacious and bed was easily accommodate 3 people. Location was also good. It was walkable distance to Calangute beach. AC was not working. TV also not in working condition. Have a small refrigerator in the room. Bathrooms are spacious and clean but not modern. Pipes and fittings are old only

Visit again for this hotel in short good trip

I stayed for 2 days. There were many issues at this place. No room service, broken fridge, dirty mattress, no glass, broken switches for charging.
