GOLDEN LEAF RESORT

Stayed 2 nights in Christmas week. Demographically beautiful location in the lap of hills, but the short road connecting the GOLDEN LEAF RESORT is very bad. Manager at desk firstly denied my 1 night GOLDEN LEAF RESORT booking from company which is a highly negative sign from both the GOLDEN LEAF RESORT management and company. Later on request, the manager gave us a room which he claimed as a reserve one for special cases like mine. However, the GOLDEN LEAF RESORT had plenty of rooms vacant for sure, as the very next day we were the only guests in the whole GOLDEN LEAF RESORT. Simply ridiculous GOLDEN LEAF RESORT management. Still I booked another night at a much higher price. Rooms are luxurious, in-room amenities are great. The bathroom is of a great standard. The restaurant woods is simply awesome in decoration as well as service. All staffs are very well behaved. Lots of options in breakfast, juice was refreshing, Afghani Kabab was mind-blowing at evening through room service. Although price we enjoyed every bit of the two dinners. The GOLDEN LEAF RESORT has lot more like beautiful banquet party arrangements, perhaps a separate building for corporate get together. Staying in golden leaf is unarguably a golden experience.

We booked the resort during the return journey from ranchi. Location wise it's very good for those who are coming through national highway as its just 100 meters away. But a bit outskirt than the main city. Resort is very nice in terms of ambience, cleanliness and facilities being offered. Swimming pool is nice too. The cons i find out that the rooms are a bit smaller in this price range. And they don't have any ceiling fan in the rooms. So u have to keep the ac switched on for all the time. The restaurant offers varities ttpe of food and they are genuinely delicious. But a bit expensive i must say. In a single word it was a very plea-sent stay with all the good amenities.

Around 40 mins ride from Tata Nagar station. This resort is really wonderful facility to unwind for a weekend. It is located with hills all around. The lawn is so soothing to the eyes. I stayed at 1003 room and it is probably the best one when it comes to the view from balcony. There is an open seating area of the restaurant which is also an experience in itself. The breakfast takes a bit of time to be served which is buffet with just the right amount of menu needed. Hotel staff are good enough. The manager is a dude :)

The property is very good with great facilities. The room was very good but if you are coming with elderly or someone who cannot climb stairs please talk to the property to give you rooms which are in ground floor as there are no lifts. The restaurant serves good food but there is lot of scope for improvement. The buffer spread is not at all good. They serve very basic items and almost all items are repeated.

Value for money for sure. Worth every penny. Wifi wasn't up to the mark, and no swimming pool was bit of a disappointment but these shouldn't take away from all the other positives. Real value-for money and helpful staff. The executives at reception, the staff at restaurant, the watchmen at main gate, and the housekeeping staff. All these members. Thank you.

very nice food, ambience was too good, very popular with tourist, good location near to highway, pool cafe was good, clean the lawn was spacious rooms and bathroom were large, staffs were very efficient and well mannered. love❤ their hospitality, enjoyed aa lot at the pool anyone can arrange pool parties🎉🥳🎈

Very comfortable. I would like to give five star for staffs behaviour, room condition, scenic beauty, food and affordable price.
Room service and behaviour of the staffs were excellent. View from the resort was very good. Food quality was nice and the price was also affordable.

Cleanliest rooms, nice views from room, enchanting music all the time, beautiful garden, great theatre, good gym and spa, classy open-air banquet, nice foods, topclass facilities & humble servicing! Felt great!

Sanitization process should be improved during this pandemic situation. However resort is very nee t and clean.

Location is awesome, rooms are excellent. Beautiful place, very good facilities, open air deck restaurant. Overall value for money. Support staff was good and cordial. Out of the city area, very calm and nice place.

The property is very good for couples and families. The best part is that their service. Intially we were given a different room however the moment we request for a different one. They changed it. Food was awesome

It was lovely to stay in that resort. Totally enjoyed it. Though the price is overrated on some items. Like a bottle of cococla is 140 rs when the actual price is 40 rs only. And we didn't took 2 days breakfast but paid 1600 extra so these things should be taken care of
