i got extremely disappointed when i entered into Room No 514 which was alloted me. Ceiling of the room is extremely below standard. Secondly quality of the lunch. Chicken used for cooking is not at all fresh neither the mixed veg curry.. Above all they are extremely expensive making a hole in the pocket of customers.But staffs are extremely courteous

We had initially booked for two people. our plan got changed and we had to leave the hotel at 8 pm. Because we had another guest with us they charged for it. Requested the hotel not to charge the extra person as we will be leaving by 8 pm and we won't be taking the complementary breakfast the next day. But the hotel staff didn't agree to it. We told them that even in 5 star hotels they allow guests for some hours. But they said they don't allow guests in the room. Apart from this issue everything else is good in this hotel.

Poor Transparency on Early Check-In

I called the hotel before making my reservation to confirm if an early check-in would be possible. They told me that if rooms were available, they would allow us to check in early. Since I was traveling with my infant, this was very important for me. However, upon reaching the hotel, I was informed that I needed to pay the full day’s charge for early check-in, even though I could clearly see that rooms were vacant. On top of that, they charged me but did not provide any receipt for the early check-in payment. This was disappointing and not the level of service I expected.

Location - Salt Lake City. It takes 1 hour to main tourist destinations like Victoria Memorial. Food- Restaurant is good. Services - Nothing much in service. We had booked two executive rooms but the hotel couldn’t provide the rooms in the same floor. Random telephone calls at mid night. As per hotel staff the telephone is defective.
