resort & ambience was awesome.. but their food was not good Location is ok chill climate good experience

Location and outside ambience was good the problem starts inside the room with smelling curtains and beds and Bedsheets. The highlight is they serve water in non reusable soda can.

To express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your resort(The Great Escape,Munnar), which fell significantly short of the standards expected from a property of your reputation. I had originally booked a Deluxe Room, but upon arrival, I was extremely dissatisfied with its condition. The bedsheets and pillows had an unpleasant odor, and the overall ambience of the room was unhygienic and uncomfortable. In response to my concerns, I was shifted to an upgraded Super Deluxe Room. However, to my dismay, the Super Deluxe Room was in an equally poor condition. Specifically: The carpets were torn Doormats were dirty Curtains were stained and unclean Bedsheets had holes Lighting in the room was inadequate These issues were not only disappointing but also unacceptable, especially for a guest who trusted the quality and comfort advertised by your property.

The property location is beautiful in the midst of winding tea gardens. Located ~10 kms away from the town. Booked 2 Deluxe rooms. the property is beautiful and the staff cordial. but found the rooms a bit gloomy. rest all good

Proper is good , service, food everything is excellent. Rooms and property is not well maintained.

The location is good, the overall maintenance of the property is not good, food is average, the menu card should be improved with grill & thandoori items, staff's are very polite and humble, the service is not good during breakfast buffay system, the restaurant is very small and it's unable to accommodate all the guests during breakfast, they are charging for steamed rice rs 140, but the quantity is very less. Not up to the expectations as mentioned in mmt.

the resort is asking for super deluxe rooms, we book the two rooms that too with some offers, one room was super deluxe and one was deluxe we paid this much amount still we didnt get complimentary breakfast also

Good service, polite staff, nice location tucked in a forest. You can enjoy the absolute peace. Kids play area needs improvement.

We stayed in great escape for 2 nights last week simply awsome. First i have tell about the manager mr. Sreelol. Such a humble person. My son from the fist day he was calling has his frnd. His car ring abt guest was super and well experience. The location was something like seprate from the world. Food was nice and tasty with reasonable price. Room was well clean and maintained. Those who want peace stay with out any pollution can book we can ear bird singing it's make us calm to our stay. . They use jeep for taking us to room and from room to restaurant. Any time. That ride itself very thrilling experience. No need to go for any mist spot daily evening mist will come to our stay. Climate is awesome we forgot tat it's a summer season because of this chillness. The give pick up and drop to main road from the resort. In early morning the chillness with beautiful flowers misty wind birds song sunrise can't explain in word stay and feel it.

It was a great stay at great escapes resort. The location is convenient and wonderful. We enjoyed the view from the resorts, it was beautiful. The hotel staff given good support. The quality of the food was also good.

Worth every minute you spend there, the service quality is excellent and good staff behaviour, actually a must visit place for a good escape from the hectic schedules

The resort was calm, peaceful, and beautiful. It was a nice place to relax and feel refreshed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views were amazing, and the food prices were fair. Overall, it's a great option for a quiet break from city life, just as its name suggests.

They have changed my room but not given any discount. I pay money for super delux but they have given me small room. Money was non refundable.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Location is really beautiful but resort is not well maintained. Also food is pathetic in the resort and no near by restaurants. Rooms are clean but washroom was not properly cleaned as the floor was sticky.

This property is best for stay, good cloudy climets and also nice hospitalilty restaurant : the food was food but enough for the money

Nice location. You can spend a good time at the resort you will be above the clouds. Food can be better

Overall room and stay is average but ambiance is very good, food is very expensive and not as expected quality, poor response from receptionist, last one reaching property is difficult by depending on google map. No proper name boards on highway
