familyDo yourself a favour and avoid the place unless incase of emergency. Rooms were old and worn out. Restaurant guys had no idea we had complimentary breakfast.

They didn't treat us well. As a guest i didn't find any value there and the person who served food to us he was little rude.

The manager was reluctant as we checked in as he complained of being understaffed during the Puja season which was understandable. And the problem we faced was the room service with food not being delivered on time. Rest assured the place is located in a beautiful setting close to the nature, people from the metros certainly would love to stay here. And also a must for couples to check out this place for the much needed privacy.

It's worth the amount I paid to stay

The hotel is nearest to Tezpur town. The maintenance was excellent at the hotel. The room was small and bed was not so comfortable. The behavior of the staff was great, the atmosphere was excellent, it's all greenery around the property, it is a very nice place. The washroom was good and clean but there was issue with geyser and tap as it was not functioning well. The food was tasty. They didn't receive calls on time, delay in service, I said them at night that I will have my breakfast at 8:00 am but still, they delayed. Apart from the service delay issue, it was excellent to stay here.

Stay at hotel very fine but conveyance of surrounding area is poor

Water facilities i.e. Washbasin is not available in the room and that facilities in the bathroom/toilet should be 24 hours.
