The rooms were small, a/c working well, behaviour of staff good, food quality not good, bathroom fittings broken, cleanliness not good, location very good,

The hotel looks fine from outside but the given rooms are very small.The bathroom condition is not satisfying at all. The bathroom locks were also broken.

Room size so small. Bedseet very bad. Overall very bad.

The bed sheet had holes. The toilet pot had water stains (that's probably due to poor quality of water. The service was average.

Very good and well behaved, clean and hygienic and good communities, toto fare so high for tourists

The location is very close to bolpur station, room was a bit suffocating, the food was very good and the behaviour of the staff was very pleasant.

Location wise - located at a very sick location. Room condition & amenities : Room provided was very inferior to commitment. The room did not have safe and cupboard with lock. No smoke alarm sensor in the room, no hair drier, no shower caps provided, no sanitizers, toilet papers, news pares provided, room do not have any table for in room dining. No shoe sine faculty. The room is very small, provided only one chair that too a plastic discoloured one. bathroom is badly stinking. Complementary breakfast was very inferior. This was not all a value for money.

The hotel staff was good and helpful, rooms are really small for which the price seems overpriced. For the kind of room we were provided the per night cost should be max 1500.

Room were too small we found lots of cockroach in our room through out the night bed was too hard. Very difficult to sleep no night lamp in the room check out time 11. 30 am instead of 12. 00 mentioned in the at the time of booking before even check out hotel came with another new guest in our room to show them the room

It's located at 1. 5km distance from the railway station. The rooms are neat and clean. Room attendants are very much responsive along with tasty meals at reasonable price.

Hotel green chill i is situated at the heart of the city from where you can travel towards any directions, easily. Comfortable stay along with good staff behavior & good food. Recommending this place to stay at bolpur-shantiniketan.
