Property was good. Blanket was not good and check out time is 8 am which is too early.

Bedroom is not well maintained, bed are not clean, bad smell , not recommend to anyone

Very bad experience toilet and bedsheet is fully dirty housekeeping staff not available for cleaning

Worst stay I have ever had. Very dirty rooms , mattresses and also pillow covers stained. It stink and looked like there were parts of gutka on them. The bathroom had horrible hygiene. The room service needs to be improved.

We had booked this hotel for 2 nights.It is the worst hotel we have ever stayed,they are running with very less staffs,not maintained properly and poor in cleanliness.Staffs are very unhelpful,rude.Hotel needs to evaluate options for improving with general facilities.There was no one to manage desk.We had asked the lady owner who was sitting next to the reception regarding some query.She shouted out and reacted so badly .It was totally unaccepted behaviour from an owner of the hotel.Apart from this,we had paid 5k for Candle light dinner,the set up was horrible,no flowers nothing.It was the worst experience in my entire life.Service was so slow,we had to wait 30mnts for our next dish.It was a terrified moment for us.If anyone planning to visit in this resort our suggestion will be don’t come to the hotel,not value for money.I wanted to write more but it is waste of my time.Consider me,do not go with Green valley .

Staff not attended the guests. Wifi not working

The resort was poorly managed. No cleanliness in the room. The bedsheet was torn and dirty. Upon asking multiple times, they agreed to change the sheet. The bathroom was horrible, with leaking and rusted taps, shower etc. No almira in the room. Broken and age old dirty plastic chair. We did not feel like spending time inside the room. Overall bad experience. Its adjacent resort is much better managed but green valley people do not want to learn or put any effort to make it better. I strongly suggest green valley people to learn from their neighbours how to make it a better place and pleasant stay for the tourists. Until then, i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms are not available, option 2nd mujhe Dusra room diya gai, bed shit is Dirty and cut,I am not satisfied

Horrible experience.. Booked Deluxe AC cottage.. but they adamant for sub std room.. I request plz change room and provide same as shown in MMT they denied.. Toilet flushh not working.. Toiletry not given.. I m totally fadeupp.. plz don't book in future.. because when u reach there no option ur trip will b waste.. Jai Hind

He gives low quality rooms to online booking travelers and good rooms bookes directly with barganing.

Atmosphere was good with less than 150m walk to beach. Food was costly and no bathroom accesories kept at room. Room was little bit stinky. Overall average experience.

it is a best place in Havelock , it's really so beautiful resort 🏝️💕 we stay in two nights it's really nice 👍 and there staffs are so nice

The washrooms are not good. Some power sockets are also not working. Rain comes inside and my baggage was totally wet.

There is a lot of spider net and fan and other things no dusting up.

Room was not clean. They don't have generator to power the ac. Initially the power wasn't there for some time.

I had terrible experience. Room was not clean. Unhygienic and with bad smell of fungus of wood. All furniture were old and not clean. Bathroom's drainage pipe was blocked. Not choose it

1. Stay was in a decent room. Staff was courteous but the room was provided late after a delay. 2. The basic amenities like towel, soap, shampoo, water, bucket, mug & dustbin that are to be in room were not present and were provided after asking for them. 3. Room service was good.
