Very bad experience

The hotel room was very untidy and no amenities provided. The room was full with mosquito and the staff charged us 100 rupees extra for cleaning which i think is not fair

Whenever i have to stay in siliguri, i prefer to stay at this hotel due to its location. This time i booked the wrong date and i was getting 0 refund in return so i called the hotel directly and without any excuses they solved my problem. Though the room was ok but the kind of hospitality they provide is absolutely amazing. The manager is very helpful and kind and the food is very good.

The condition of pillow, bedsheet and blanket was pathetic. I was really upset about their amenities. Services was good but the condition of amenities was too poor, i would suggest go and check the amenities then only book coz once u book it's non refundable. I stayed j us because of non refundable. In that price we can get way more better hotels.
