View is really awesome, location is bit tough if you have no personal vehicle as it far from the city. Best for those who wants to be relaxed in between heels. Food is just average they repeated the dinner menu in consecutive days among our 2 night stay. That is disappointing. Overall experience is good. Value for money stay. I must mention staff is really supportive and Resort is clean during our stay.

familyIts worst stay for me and my family we have booked for 16th august to 18th august but i have leave the resort on 17th only because of services and tent conditon is very poor water supply is not proper even though the size of tent is not good for family. No hot water is provided services are very late

groupBelow are the areas of improvement. Food quality- pols ensure checking of food before serving it should not spoiled recooked or having any insect. More lighting- there is no lighting between tent to washrooms. Garbage- pols remove all garbage from the lower tent side it isn't looking good and not safe for the guests as well. Rest things are pretty good. Entire staff was really good and supportive. Looking forward to stay again in next season.

Whatever shown, it’s just opposite. It’s tent city not having ac in tents, not having proper water supply, electric problem, not having iron facility, bedding not comfortable, not fit for family personnel.

*my review for my stay* 1. In the beginning when i reached at my stay the counter man said that the booked tent/resort is not attached with lath/bath but i thought i paid for with attached it. 2. Dinner quality was average and not given non-veg food. Non-veg food was paid by me.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Calm and nice place to spend quality time with family. Although it is 19 km away from nainital but one who prefers to relax among nature is must stay place for them. Food was good. Caretaker gaurav very helpfully boy.

Quality stay but service could have been better

We stayed for a day, place is good. Food is not good. Chef is untrained. Quiet place for those who seek peace of mind for a day or two. Drive distance not very far from haldwani. Good place to hangout with friends and family. But owner needs to look into quality of food and service levels. You need to followup even for morning tea. They must add something more for time spending of kids and adults. Baki place was better as expected. But they should maintain it and should teach hospitality for other guests too rather their known ones.

Its a pet friendly stay. We traveled with our dog and he was so comfortable as the area is quite big with different sections. The location is away from hustle of nainital thats the best part.

This place is a bit far from nainital about 17-18 km. Overall area, location, environment. . Was good. Best thing is the service of "gaurav. Worst is food. If u want something far from the city, with good location and good vibes then you must visit, but have to little compromise on food.
