The resort is not as in the pictures. Cleanliness is a great matter also.

hai, our stay was 2nights n it s average only.. first I will tell about cons. cons: it s 15 kms away from the main city. the way we took was horrible but after spoke with the d manager we found an alternative way it was good. there was no shops or restaurants nearby. the room looks dark, no bright lights, and too much power cuts. bcoz of green bushes n plants on d roof on d way to d room was really disturbing and scary. after sun set scared to come out of d room bcoz of the plants n bushes on d roof. pros: the free breakfast was really good.. they made what we want as bcoz no other customers were there. and we ordered dinner for both nights, it tastes too good. Mr. Manesh one who maintains the resort is friendly and he only cooked dinner for us.

Nice ambiance. Very silent stay. Love it. Fresh natural air wow. 360 degree plantation. Am recommend family or couples best stay.

Safety and security concern

Located at isolate area and reaching there is much difficult, roads are in bad condition, room are not so good & clean n look like horror place.

Very horrific experience, rooms were not clean, there was mold inside the furnitures, disgusting smell, dirty washrooms, dirty sheets and pillows

Very nice stay, so beautiful place with full of green plants, so peaceful, and the food is very satisfying and good service

Rooms and premises are not cleaned well. If you are booking by looking the photos and videos, don't book, since currently it's not like that.

Location & amenities: property located far from city centre and no network coverage. Property has wifi but the connection is not stable. Property is not well maintained. No any scenic views from the property but one can enjoy the amazing views on the way to property. Service: caretaker were polite and friendly. Food: food is prepared by caretaker and they’re not professional chef so food tastes average. Overall an average stay

The resort was soo far from town and i paid for wifi and luxury but didn't get any wifi. And the bed had dust. Floor was broken. Only this thing was good

The stay was well maintained 7 years ago now that's not the case. Breakfast and dinner are average, and there's no changing of bedsheets and towels regularly.

The place was soooo good. The ambience and the way they treated us. Everything was good but except the food. The food quality either the taste was too low. Apart from that, it’s a great place to stay.

It is tough to identify the hotel and the roads not good. If you are coming in traveller or van don't it will be difficult to reach there. The rooms are good. But the mentioned services like bbq, bonfire are not provided. The soy reasons like, you should inform in advance for bbq but the didn't attend the call. If you are planning for short stay prefer other hotels.

Had an thrilled experience on stay, good adventure on roads experience. But room is not fully cleaned and neat.

Don't ever plan to hotel green space, can't even stay for an hour, with family it's risky. I give negative points

Not good as showing on the picture, the balcony is facing the opposite room. No other view from the balcony. Food also not good, poor wi-fi connection. But the staffs are good and well behaved

The ambience they offer is absolutely amazing with you waking up to the nature's greenery, the chirps of birds, the moisture in the atmosphere. Absolutely loved that. My only concern was the troubles that we had to face finding the location and contacting the reception. Once they came in contact, they were no less in providing the assistance that we required. Overall i m definitely satisfied and looking forward to come here again.

Its a average room. With below average food taste. Its bit costly for an extra bed alsoo. Its a decent room

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of greens-pace munnar.

Firstly, the location is too far from munnar, requiring a 40-minute drive covering approximately 12 km. Secondly, there are no nearby hotels or restaurants for dining options. Even within the hotel, the food offerings are limited, with a modest breakfast of either idle or puttu. There are no lunch options provided, and dinner choices are very minimal and not up to the expectation, with concerns about the freshness of the chicken, which appears excessively frozen. However, the staff members are commendable for their politeness and good service whenever we need. One notable drawback is the lack of network coverage and non-functioning wi-fi. While the accommodation might be suitable for bachelor trips with friends, it falls short of meeting the needs of families.
