The location was perfect, if you have your own vehicle, you can easily commute in the city Rooms were spacious with amazing views and extremely clean. Room service was amazing strongly recommended

Helpful hotel staff, good food options. Hot water from 7 am - 10 am only. Room and washrooms are average, but manageable. A stinking smell is there in rooms.

Hot water supply is a big problem, hotel mentioned that hot water will be available between 7AM to 10:30 AM. But still the room service woke us up at 7AM and asked us to bathe so early because hot water will not be available after 8. The room design was also not good, the bathroom window opens in front of the bed, no ventilation in the bathroom.

Wonderful hotel. Very neat and clean room. Room size is big. Lawn is too good full of flowers. Good parking. Owner as well hotel staffs are very polite and friendly

The food was not at all good. Also, they charged extra money for night charges preparation after 10pm.

I stayed in gagal residency and i should say it’s one of the best place to stay in mahabaleshwar between panchgani and mahabaleshwar. The receptionalist or i should say manager kiran was very humble and helpful in all the querie. The homemade food was awesome and mouth watering and all the staff was very helpful.

Location and parking is good. Rooms and washroom are clean, though there were mosquitoes in one room. Many of the times no one was at reception. But the reception guy was very helpful. And overall it was a good experience, and nice budget hotel.

Food good, though on a costlier. Side Location- it must bang in the middle of all points. Service- needs to improve. I stayed at deluxe and the rooms are very spacious.

On up hill 100 meters from main Road. Nice location. Good food. Big rooms. Comfortable stay. But hotel experienced a power outage of Around 8 hours in the night (1am to 8 Am). This must be addressed.

The hotel has nice clean rooms and is comfortable. Close to Mapro gardens. But the tv and wifi weren't working

Nice stay, clean, and ample room space.

It was good but ac was not working after two three times requesting that was not fixed. The temperature was too cold and we suffer with my little kid for freezing cold.
