Harmony of backwaters.

The reception has been very good. They have quickly boarded all our luggage on to the boat. The boat has a comfortable bedroom. They have 24 hrs AC in the room. The bed is quite comfortable. The bathroom is OK considering this is a boat. The living room offers a very good and full view of the Kerala backwaters. The bedroom has large window that offers complete view of outside. They offer a welcome drink. The boat cruise has been extremely pleasant and relaxing. The fish that they served in lunch is Extremely good ( I am a good judge of quality of fish) the lunch is very good. The dinner is excellent with excellently cooked hot chicken fry with thick gravy and piping hot Dhal and other veg curries. The staff is very polite and homely.

I had booked the houseboat through MMT and my overall stay was quite pleasant. We were received and briefed by Mr Satheesh. He alongwith the entire crew were very helpful and prompt. Rooms were cosy but clean. Ambience of the boat was satisfactory. Food served was authentic Kerala dishes. Taste was average. Sailing time was less but to their defence its more or less same for all houseboats. Houseboat had stopped at a local fish market where fish could be bought and cooked by the crew for dinner. Is almost double of its market price. Since I stayed at peak season so the cost of 1 night stay seemed a tad too high but otherwise the stay was pretty great. 1 piece of advice-always book AC rooms. Looking forward to a second visit.

We reached there at a wrong time, it was nation wide bandh and our house boat didn't move that day. Sightseeing happened only next day which was really great because of the place itself. Good welcome drink at arrival and a nice house boat miniature made of wood was gifted during return. Staff was polite and good, room was clean, facilities were minimum. We were given a small TV set after asking for it. Take your Pen drive with movies if you don't want to get bored. Vegetarian food was good, variety was less but tasty. Improvements: 1. The place where boat was parked was smelly and we were not able to sit outside because of that. 2. Fruit basket was not good. Overall a good experience.

JCT was perfect Harmony of backwaters. for family and everyone. Really liked it. Really enjoyed stay there as food was excellent and hospitality was excellent. Would recommend this Harmony of backwaters. of everyone. Real value for money. Nice staff and cooperative and really service was good. Only recommendations is that it would be nice if we have TV channels available in rooms as when they park boat in night it becomes difficult to spend time. Rest 5 star to Harmony of backwaters.. They arrange our transport early as our flight was early for Cochin really service was mind blowing.

Positive: We decorated and spacious waiting hall on premium house boat. Warmed welcome on boat with welcome drink. Spacious upper deck well designed to enjoy backwater sailing. Trained staff, spacious and clean rooms, AC facility, TV with latest movies to watch. Good food. Overall a home like feeling. Negative: None Suggestions: Some description and guidance must be given to increase knowledge about the place along with the description of the houseboat itself. It will be more interactive both on the part of crew and passengers.

We experienced homely stay in Houseboat. However improvement require in cleanliness of the bathroom as water does not pass through immediately. The boat allotted to us require renovations as there was insect wastes over bed and on small tools as well. While parking the boat during night, it should be parked in reverse way, means leaving area should face towards the water rather than village, since TV was not working evening was boring for us. I will recommend this house boat provided the boat is renovated. Thanks.

It's good and I'm satisfied with JCT service....room was clean and especially people in boat service are so friendly and helpful...both of their approach and send off are touchable...even though the boat is bit older but due to their good service I haven't felt that anything however I would like to suggest you to have a word with JCT to look into a missing facility of water heater for bathing purpose in washroom. Overall their rating is 4 star.

Perfect house boating experience with family ... Everything is perfect in the trip. Receiving, checking in, food, the rooms are the best in this category. Staff are very good and excellently behaved. The manager of the boat was excellent too in received and send off too. The chef of the boat is owsem you but and give him some fish or prawns he makes the best dinner for you. A perfect holiday night in the boat.

Please provide Wi-Fi. Hot water when the weather is cold to take bath. Entertainment such as local dance or massage. Staff were extremely nice.

We choose this houseboat as we have got good reviews for this Harmony of backwaters. on websites and the experience was as per expectation, overall experience was very nice and will definitely refer this Harmony of backwaters. in future.

Would visit again on same terms and conditions enjoyed every moment on the houseboat and very impressed with the staff of JCT on board. Food simple but delicious. I picked up some seafood and the cook was more than willing to prepare it for us over and above their meal. All in all had a fantastic time on board.

Service has been also so good they will makimg maggis also we will giving them packets.

Its an ultimate place to define the very meaning of the tour to Kerala, God's own Country. The location, hospitality, cleanliness and the very hospitality of the people make us feel at home or as if they share the very bond of relation like our own's. Salute and proud to be an Indian and the people like them who serve with servitude.

One must visit houseboat in a life a pleasant and calm stay you spent 21 hours with your family no disturbance.

Room is good. Location covers good sight seeing Service is good. Food. So far as concerned for veg food, it is not up to the mark. And lack in varieties. Staff is helping in nature and quick response. I enjoyed in jct boat specially its dj party and speed boating but it costs high.

This was the best part of our journey to kerela. JCT house boat has good rooms and the lunch, evening snacks and the dinner was very delicious. Especially the fish, service staff was very helpful, overall great hospitality by JCT.

We reached on Aleppey on a of Kerala strike. Reached JCT dockyard at 6:00. JCT arranged early check-in by 7:00 check-in was at 12). There is no seating area in dockyard. Reach close to your check-in time. Staff were polite, food was very good. Bed-sheets were clean but there are signs of age, one tower for the family (could have been better).

The overall facilities and services was nice. We received up gradation as a surprising start to the journey. Food was fine given the limitations. What's needs to be improved is the starting & ending journey along with the boat travelling time to improve the quality of journey.

Very good stay and receiving is good. We can purchase sea food on the way and the boat service boy cooks well. Facilities provided are good and value for money. Couple on a romantic trip enjoys a memorable trip.
