There was fire on property and we had to evacuate.

Poor response from hotel staff on everything. No cleaning of rooms, no refill of tea/coffee bags, no refill of water or soaps, not even on demand. The property doesn't even have a name board on the roadside. Complimentary breakfast is good in quality but very limited menu. The swimming pool is good too. Overall, it's not worthy for the amount paid

Location is good but water supply in shower and tape is not up to mark. Food price is also not looking worthy.

We were given a room close to drainage system. And it was stinking badly. There was no hot water facility. Breakfast was not upto the level of the tariff they have charged. Most importantly there was no intimation or reminder from hotel for check out time and at the time of check out they asked for extra money. And they threatened us to call the cops. Overall it was a vey bad experience with this hotel. I strongly suggest everyone not to choose this property.

The stay was just ok. Rooms are way too small. There is no bar facility available in the hotel. Restaurant is also just ok. For the given price it’s too costly.

Room and bath cleaning was not up to the mark also in restaurant not proper cleaning it’s required to improve it

Not our money's worth. The location, facilities are rather poor. Food etc are damn expensive. Conjested prperty. Over all a not so very happy stay at all.

The room is very small with very below average rest room and lighting. Better to cancel the trip rather to stay here with such high cost. Zero value for money. Only good thing is hotel is in walkable distance to jetty but this does not outweigh the other disadvantages.

The was good look wise, however the sanitation was not good. We found cockroaches in the bathroom. However the best part is they have swimming pool

Felt overpriced. Mainly dissatisfied with the food. Room was okay.

Worst experience till now. Delay check in, un interested staff, no refilling in morning breakfast, delay in snacks orders in the room( it took them 30 mins to bring boiled peanuts. After taking rs 25000 for two days it was my terrible experience.

We stayed 2 days in this hotel in December 2022. The location of hotel is fine. If you are travelling as a couple then it is good but if going with family and children then i will not recommend. the amenities mentioned is not very true. It does not have personal beach. The TV was not working even requesting more that 12 times nobody came. internet connection (wifi) was not good. You can order the food from room but dont expect that they will provide u. there's a timing for breakfast, lunch n dinner in between you can never order anything here (though u wont get during time also, u have to go to their restaurant during the meal time) it was a overpriced hotel, the room service and behaviour of the staff are horrible. In the nutshell I don't recommend this hotel to those who travelling with the family especially with babies or small children.

Bathrooms was very dirty. Very bad smell was coming. Water leakage from 1st floor room. Very unhygienic.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. There was no issues related to safety. I overall enjoyed the stay.

Hospitality and promptness of the staff was very good. Pool was also well maintained and clean.
