Stay and location is good. Walking distance from ooty chowk and market. Most of visiting places are nearby. Breakfast is tasty. Not very fancy but overall we had a good time during our 3D 3N stay.

The place is very close to ooty city centre and also close to major attractions like botanical garden, rose garden and boat house. It also has spacious bed and also play area on terrace. But it feels like a budget place with no running hot water and also no reception desk

2 rooms booked - standard and deluxe. Both rooms and bed was good. But bathrooms for both rooms were poor. Not clean, water was clogging. In the case of toilet supplies only shampoo was provided later on request provided conditioner, moisturizer and soap. Staffs are very friendly and good attitude people. Pool again has to request to clean it. Same with hot water service except morning 7-10 which is available. Complimentary breakfast is good, expecially the vada and sambar was awesome. I would request the management to take care the washroom part which is very vital especially when with family. For bachelors it would be a good location.

It was a very bad experience for me and my family in the havelock leisure. The breakfast was very bad. I vomited after eating and the swimming pool water was not clear so we couldn't enjoy it. The game room was not well maintained.

Would recommend this place to anyone travel-ling to ooty. This place is close to the market with great accessibility to the city, neat rooms, good hosts.

I would recommend no one to stay at havelock leisure as it's not a villa but a lodge. Never to go with the pics posted in mmt. We could find rooms that were very small, untidy cockroaches and insects crawling here n there, bedsheet were not properly cleaned completely unhygienic place.

Very nice place to stay in ooty. Man-anger mr sarojit is very helpful l and kind nature. Rooms are nee t and clean.

Car parking is very congested. Infrastructure is not that much good for this tariff. The room space is small. Overall not satisfied. Morning itself i have vacated and no photo taken

The sink in the place was blocked. The plce was more of a house and not a hotel. There wasn’t proper hot water and the walls were damp and watery. We deserve a better place for 8000 rupees booking fee. The place said it allowed non veg food but the manager was rude and asked not to bring non veg as the place was owned by jain people. I mean it should be informed during the booking.

Property is good but problem is with services like hot water supply in bathroom. Every-time we need to ask. Wi-fi not available. Breakfast insufficient.

It’s a nice place to stay. If you are looking for comfortable him like place to stay you can choose this place. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Breakfast for delicious as well.

It's amazing. Even fire camp, everything available. Staff service are also nice.

Only there was A problem with hot water during our Bath, but they arranged it quickly. Apart from this everything was perfect in the hotel.

Every service in the hotel was excellent. It was A very business stay of mine. The breakfast was very tasty. It was A safe stay.

For this price will get 4-star property in Ooty, such a lousy hotel and no facility even for the towel and soap is not available in the room. The complimentary breakfast is all the most top of it. The local maid is prepared idly and pongal. My family is completely upset on this tour.

The site should mention facilities available. There's no food service available except breakfast. The staff is also not adequately trained. Non-veg food not allowed. Even hot water facilities are not readily available.
