Good property, staff unhelpful

Property was very nice, but staff wasn’t good at all. These guys not even responded to our calls and messages as we need the utensils. See how many calls i’ve made to the owner and still no response. ?

Hello, As if you were aware that this property is not an organised business but a homestay makes it very understandable that responding to calls post midnight can be a hardship for individual host. As far as I remember you booked the property for next day at around 2 AM called on the provided contact number repeatedly minutes after the booking. The next day the staff asked you to provide IDs as a common practice and that was denied too and when they requested you to pay dues of 200 you warned the staff of leaving a bad review and same happened. Our kitchen is equipped of every essential utensil but special demands are sometimes not possible for full-fill. Thanks for leaving this review on our property page. Thanks

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Anubhav is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all hé know about the area. I had a great stay!

There are 2 reason you would stay here - 1. View 2. Host view is very mesmerising and host gives you a very smooth checkin experience; he tries his best to give you a wonderful experience. Issues : (multiple) 1. There isn’t anyone to clean your rooms or even collect garbage on daily basis so if you planning on staying for more than 2 days your woom would be a mess. Maid is provided on paid basis unlike hotels at same price point. 2. The washroom is so freak-in small that i have no words to describe it ; though it is well maintained and equipped for its size but its way to small. Also the shower isn’t working and there isn’t any bucket so i had a tough time taking a bath. 3. There is no noise-proofing any such ; i could clearly hear what others around me were saying or what people going in the corridor were discussing on. 4. Location 6/10 zomato partners couldn’t reach the location ; and ended up on gate number 1 which is close to metro station ; since the distance between gate 1 and 2 is huge they get adamant on you coming down to get your order ; only the delivery boys who have previously delivered know how to get to this location. 5. Network: there is absolutely no network available; you do have network is lobby but in lift or corridors or even at room you don’t get any; you barely get 1 star in balcony and i despite running on airtel postpaid faced this issue.

Hi sir! thanks for your review and for letting us know what to improve. There are a few things that wanted to write for the informational part for you and for our upcoming guests as well so they don't face any issues in the future like you were troubled with sir. 1. As for the network thing it is because of the height and the regulations made by the government for permissible signal altitudes. High-speed wifi is installed which can be used for wifi calling for interrupted communication over calls. 2. I'm confused to know about the paid maid thing. We have our cleaners available during the daytime to clean up the rooms for our guests that too without any payments. We send cleaners within 10 minutes of receiving the cleaning request from our guests. 3. The shower is a mechanical thing that can get clogged by dirt particles and cause overflow but it came to our notice and was checked and changed the very next day. (apologies for what you faced during your stay) 4. The entrance for the premises is from gate 2 only, delivery boys reaching the wrong location is a problem that can not be resolved by our end anytime as it completely depends on the executive and the location the app picked
