Terrible Stay

The experience was so bad. No staff is available to attend us. There is only person available who is smoking and drinking in hotel premises and behave so rude with us. Very unhygienic and low grade stay till now. He didn't even bother to change our bedsheets and pillow covers which are already very untidy they just told us for check out without any refund. Then customer support help us to sort that.

Rooms were not cleaned and did not provide any service. They are not sure about the bookings. They through stuff some guests from the room and give the room to another one.
