Very nice place. Very close to the road. Clean and green environment. Good cooperation from all the staff. The food is delicious and tasty. A beautiful place for children to play. A great place for relaxation and peace. Great for families.We all had a lot of fun for 2 days. Thank you all staff And the restaurant.

We had an absolutely superb stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The food was a real highlight—incredibly flavorful and memorable. Combined with the perfect, convenient location, it made for a truly wonderful experience we'd highly recommend.

Staff was polite and attentive. Rooms were clean and cozy. Indoor games and outdoor pool, both were well maintained. Food had many varieties and tasty. Live music band performance during weekend dinner time was cherry on the cake.

I just visited this resort and was there for 2 nights. This resort is too good. The accommodation was also hygienic, the swimming pool is clean and the best part is their food. The food is very very delicious. Their entire staffs are so helpful. I would highly recommend this resort for family, couples, kids, groups, etc.

The property premise is clean and well maintained. However, the rooms are very basic, the TV was small and in a corner of the room. There was no kettle or refrigerator. The pool is more of a kids pool extremely small. Dinner and breakfast buffets were good but lunch buffet and Snacks options were very less. Overall the whole stay experience was average.

Everyone were very cooperative, kind and welcoming. The food was top notch, the place was really very amazing. The whole experience around nature was very calming The only bad part was us leaving from the property Would highly recommend it to the people who are looking for a change. Food was too good I was surprised to see so many food options Great job, great property, great people!

The property is right on the highway , it's a new property and well maintained, the staff is hospitable and polite. The arrangement of the rooms could have been better , there are no views to the rooms , , villas are better , decent place to stay

Resort location is beautiful. You can see mountains from pool. Food quality and test was awesome. Staff and facilities are best . I would like to visit again... Specially because of food.

HillRock Resort & villas karjat..... Good location,very peaceful place,full of greenery around Neat n tidy room,clean washroom, clean bed n sheets, polite staff,very well mannered. FOOD....served at restaurant n in rooms, quality below average, price exhorbitant( too highly priced) for too less quantity. At any resort food is the comfort zone that people expect....here it was very disappointing😔

Nice location near Neral, Staff is helpful, amenities are well maintained

The room was decent, but the service was extremely poor. Towels, kettle, and soap which are usually provided by default were absent, and the staff seemed unaware about this. When asked, they'd seem surprised that these have not been provided. The restaurant room service was absolutely horrible. On one of the days they delayed my lunch order by 2 hours, after calling multiple times, and after 2 hours too they were confused about the order. I had to cancel lunch altogether. On another occasion, I ordered coffee and received something that tasted like sugarless elaichi tea. When I asked for a replacement they gave me the exact same thing. Such poor service with that high a price is inexcusable. Overall, I had a very dissatisfactory and unpleasant stay.

The stay was great. The staff is very courteous and accommodating to requests. the Size of the resort makes some aspects a little tricky like the time it takes for room service to be delivered but it is to be expected due to the constant rain. The only thing is that many areas are extremely slippery, including the paths and driveways. We suffered an accident when our bike slipped on the path and we suffered injuries causing us to abandon our outing plans. Everything else is great and the food was also not bad. An easy 3.5-4 out of 5. People ordering ice-creams need to be careful as they had served frozen dessert which is basically hydrogenated vegetable oil with a little bit of milk solids and flavouring agents. On pointing out the discrepancy, they were quick to remove it from my bill and apologized for the error which is an excellent thing.

This is a very beautiful place with a peaceful and serene surrounding. It will definitely make your stay pleasant. The rooms are well maintained and the staff is very friendly too. Their restaurant food is excellent and they will cater to your diet needs as well. There is just one suggestion... when it rains the floor around the premises does get very slippery, do have yourself good footwear. The pool is well maintained as well, water is constantly being filtered. They have ample of parking as well.

the stay was so amazing and it was a much needed getaway feom daily life. a very pretty property with some amazing food as well.

Nice stay, pleasant atmosphere, pool is clean, haven't tried food but dining area also nice.. instead of staying matheran on hill, this stay is far better and spacious

Every thing was good and perfect. It is nearby Neral station, Food was delicious, Room was clean, swimming pool was clean, property has amazing view and ambience.. Staff were helpful and their service was excellent. Stay was completely worth it.

Everything was perfect : the ambiance. The food. The staff. They have variety of games including indoor and outdoor games. The swimming pool experience was also great.

The experience at Hill Rock Resort was a good one as it had good hygiene and cleanliness and also ample parking space . The staff two was quite cooperative and always available. The chef at the restaurant was an expert in cooking cuisine of different variety, including Chinese. Only the swimming pool year was a bit. Small location of the resort is quite easily accessible as it is close to Neral railway station merely 3 1/2 km places to see nearby is Jumma patti waterfall. One day at the resort would be enough, expected, some live entertainment on weekends. Thank you.

Hill rock resort & Villas Karjat is a very decent place for families looking to unwind, it is around 2 hour drive from Thane/Mumbai, the place is well maintained, it is spread over a large area, has got clean pools, clean rooms and a very well mannered staff, the staff is keen to provide you service, lush green surroundings, we choose to visit during the week days so got good deals. Will recommend anyone looking for a nice getaway to explore this place.
