Old property, but was clean. Staff behaviour was good

Location- not very connecting but also not very secluded. It was close to a newly made metro line so i'll give it a 3/5. Food- i didn't try the food from the hotel because i thought they might overcharge me for the tiniest of things. But from what i saw, it might have been decent. Not sure about the taste though. Hygiene- well the room wasn't clean when i first checked-in, the staff also showed little effort to clean the room when i asked them to clean the room. Washroom was comparatively cleaner but the bucket & mug seemed pretty old, because it had those mineral & dirt stains. I'd give it a 1. 5/5 for hygiene. And the western style toilet wasn't cleaned properly before my arrival. Finally the safety & security- it doesn't have any security guards but they do look the doors grills at late night. I felt a little sus regarding the security of the building when i left for an errand while my partner stayed behind. But i think it was just my paranoia of being in a new place so i'll let that slide. One last thing that bugged me- i could constantly hear somebody walking next to the room, felt like somebody knocked on the door. Final conclusion: i'd give it a 3. 3/5 but it deserves 3. 5/5. There were just certain instances which made my experience a little uncomfortable so i'm just being picky about things.

Room was good, smell was there as metro work is going on. card system was not available for food and stay. Upi is available.

Good food, washroom needs to be maintained properly

The hotel i stayed in was dirty. There was no linen on the bed. The ac remote was missing. The restroom was very very dirty. The taps didn't work properly. The curtains looked like they weren't washed for 10 years. The head of the shower came off while i was taking the shower. The flush was broken and didn't work properly. I don't know how you allow such third-class hotels to list with you. It was such a traumatic experience. Please de-list that hotel from your platform. No, that'll be all.

The hotel was very much dirty and unsafe no bedsheet change no cleaning during the satay i wasted my money here

Due on going construction of metro property looks very bad. No cleaning including unavailability of caretaker for cleaning daily. Toilet were worst.

The road in front of the hotel is muddy. Surrounding not cleaned. No furniture available in the room other than bed.

It is a decent stay at this budget as staff is very good and supportive and friendly

It is located just beside the road but when we visited there was construction going on so it was difficult for us to get there

All were ok and fine. Stay was comfortable.
