Service was very great and fast. Food taste is good. Rooms are available at such cheap prices and interior design and all is so good with AC. Swimming pool is also there and 24/7 wifi available.

The property is good located just around 150 meters from beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. Swimming pool is clean and food is also very good. Breakfast is little bit disappointing but we had a very good stay overall

worst service, no sense of management at all.. firstly they kept us waiting for one hour for check in and we had late check in not only us but all the guests were waiting and then they did not had clean rooms...we were waiting outside the room when they were cleaning it...it made my experience worst ...I will not recommend it to anyone.

Check-in time was : 12:00 They have provided the room at 2:30 pm, though we were reached by 1:30 pm. We have booked 4 Supper Deluxe Room, but they provided 3 Supper Deluxe Room and 1 Normal Room. Hotel is not sea facing, no Balcony, Service was very delay around 1 hour for any order. Its not fit for family, as some people take drinks infront of Swimming pool openly, no one take care. In many Room there were no bathroom hanger for your clothes.

I have been in this hotel 4-5 times before as well it was a good experience But unfortunately this time they were not professional and were behaving rude during check in. They were discriminating the bookings online vs offline As if the online bookings are made free of cost and they can treat the guest as they like. We have been provided 2 rooms as per our MMT booking the time was around 12:20 and after we checked in settled they came and asking us to vacant 1 of our room and shift to another room. If they have elaborated the issue it would have been a normal shifting but the way they spoke was like threatening to leave the room otherwise they will do this that bla bla bla. I told them that this is not something any guest would like to be treated after paying so much money for the hotel and overall experience. They should learn how to behave with their guests Specially some of the staffs.

First of all inspite of booking a delux room with balcony ,I was deprived of having it and the room was no delux and had no balcony at all.I was stunned by the collaboration of make my trip and the resort admins that how they manipulate amateur customers.Instead I will prefer direct contact to hotels but not booking through make my trip.My room no,was 111.Also there was no sofa set though promised by make my trip.

it's a bit towards the end, but the property is nice and cozy. their private beach is about 100m from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. the food tastes good and their staff are very well behaved. swimming pool is nice and loud party music around gives major party vibes. overall great experience. would recommend in budget.

Location of the resort is good. but rooms are not much clean, switch boards and door bells are broken. there is no difference between deluxe and super deluxe rooms (except mini fridge). food is tasty but most of the items from their menu are not available. even mocktail is not available. hotel staffs are very responsive and well behaved.
