Worst hotel experience ever. The staff was rude, not helpful and service was terrible. The food quality was poor, there were stains on my towel, insects in my room. I was new to the place, they did not let my friends enter the room. when i ordered water bottles, i wanted only 2 instead of 4 but the waiter was extremely rude. I had signed no bill or made the payment yet he was shouting at me for no reason. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, they ruined my experience and my friends birthday.
