One of the best stays in my five days trip well maintained premise with all the hygiene standards and cleanness

Nice room. Tidy and well maintained. Room provides excellent vibe for families. The location is near abbey waterfalls and raja's seat which is more convenient for travellers for sight seeing. Complementary breakfast was well served at sharp 0800 hrs by that time we could visit raja's seat in the morning. Anyway i had booked room for 7 adults and 1 child for which i had to take 4 bedrooms as per mmt which was not required actually. If i had an option to choose 3 bedrooms, that would be great. Caretaker mr. Vijayan was on time and had professional approach.

No safety there, doesn't have lock to bathroom door. Its discussing. Very bad

The breakfast served was good. Especially the chutney and dal. The place was hygienic and well maintained and the place literally felt like a home away from home.

Had a wonderful experience staying here! room was very clean and spacious, location was good. Care taker was very good and helped us a lot to explore tourist places in madikeri. Overall had a wonderful stay. One of the best property to stay in affordable price range.

it's a average to good homestay for 2 family's as it's a 2bhk. location is around 2 kms away from main bus stand. nearby only a provision store but no hotels. but most of the hotels do home delivery.

Was in Coorg for 2 nights ando loved this home stay The view was awesome 😎👍 The washroom was so damn clean (much better than my expectations) Hot and cold water available 24*7 Even provided toothpaste , shampoo , wine and coffee 😎👍 Thermos was provided in kitchen There is a general Store jn front of homestay 😃 10/10 😎 Loved it

Location is good as just 1. 5 km from city centre. Getting food is struggling part as there is no near by hotel.

Owner was horrible. He was so rude and not at all cooperative. It’s very very difficult to find the location it’s was so interior and has to pass through very very narrow roads. Care taker is also so rude and it’s not worth at all. Mm t should not entertain this type owners and properties. This owner is eligible is negative ratings if possible.

The location was difficult to find via map better to call the caretaker and take assistance. The rooms were like 2 bhk flat which has kitchen and one attached bathroom and one extra bathroom. The kitchen is good with induction facilities and the have kept coffee powder. Also there is one grocery shop so it's easy to buy milk etc. Overall good experience only issue is the felt towel was not clean and also need more cleanliness. For family visit it's good s both rooms can be occupied and dint know if only one room is to be booked then how can it be managed. Also our room was in first floor and they do not have lift facilities. There is no swimming pool or gym it's simple property
