We stayed 2 nights at 18 Keys. We definitely recommend this property for its high quality rooms, elegant interiors and exteriors. Overall facilities available and helpful staffs. This property is conveniently is located near Chetak Bridge and is close to Habib Ganj station as well as ISBT. Also, it is within short driving distance of the upper Lake and several points of interest. The interiors and the facade of this property are rich and the in-room furnishing is of high quality. The room service is efficient and the food scrumptious. We ordered North Indian and Chinese dishes, both were well-made. The chef was helpful and customized the dishes to suit us. This property provided good quality stay at a reasonable price. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

We were a family of six and stayed at 18 Keys for three days. Staff and service is great! Prompt response and a great help. Restaurant is nice, with tasty food. Details- Room: Nice decor, space utilized well. Provided iron box upon request. Room cleaning was done well. Towels and bedsheets can be cleaner as we felt that whites were slightly dirty. Breakfast food tastes great and the service of the staff is very prompt and friendly. All three days, we had same breakfast. Variety for guests staying for more than two days would be good. Location: slightly away from the tourist areas but since the City is not as big as a metro, distance to tourist places are not too far. Overall, good stay!

Hotel 18 keys this is d boutique Hotel 18 Keys located in mp nagar. Location is good. Hotel staff is very cooperative. They never said no very motivational staff. Rooms are clean and stylish. Breakfast was served at 7 am. As i have to check out early. There was call from d reception before 7 that breakfast is ready though serving time is at 7. 30 am. Staff is also very good. Quantity is enough for one person. Only re-get is drainage was not working properly so next day they changed the room. I ll give it 9 marks out of 10 considering d room rent.
Temperature checks were there, sanitizer was there at d reception desk and dining area also. Masks were always there on staff faces.

My stay was with family of 10 people and booked 5 rooms. Hotel is at good location around 30 mins distance from airport by road and 10 mins away from db city mall. Hotel has nice interiors. Cleanliness is up to the mark, Hotel 18 Keys staff is very co-operative and social distancing practices were maintained. All my family members were impressed with Hotel 18 Keys and their service quality. Hotel do provides tasty veg and non-veg food. 18 Keys is a perfect destination for business travelers. Will located near ISBT, Habibgunj railway station and MP Nagar, the Hotel 18 Keys is worth the money. It's a new property and the rooms are nicely done in terms of lighting, furniture and amenities. The food (tried non-veg recipes) was too good! Extremely well behaved staff and courteous. Always ready to help! The only sad part was the buffet breakfast menu which can be improved. Overall, a highly recommended Hotel 18 Keys!

Location is very good, center of the City and the best food any one can get in Bhopal. Taste, quality, hygiene and value for money. Room's and spacious with very good quality amenities like big TV, refrigerator and super comfortable beds etc. Room service is also excellent with prompt service. This property has a amazing roof top restaurant for outdoor sitting and a party hall in the lower ground for parties and events.

Stayed for two nights and three days on a business trip. The room was very comfortable and location was perfect for my work. The cleaning done was perfect and i felt confident about the safety standards being ensured in the Hotel 18 Keys. Right from the reception to dining to room service, all staffs were polite and friendly. Excellent service by the staff as well!

Located in the heart of the city with amazing food to offer. Food quality, taste, and hygiene is amongst the best in Bhopal according to me. Rooms are big, spacious with a clean bathroom. Beds are very comfortable with a Big size TV. Room service is also very good and the staff is courteous. Amazing place to stay will highly recommend this place.

Very nice Hotel 18 Keys with clean interiors, good service, good room size, however, bathroom fittings are not rightly placed. Didn't get a chance to have food but will definitely visit soon.
