Poor room service, very nasty,

Clean, comfortable to stay, near market easy access to railways

Stayed 4 days in Amritsar. Keeping in view my first visit , I was ignorant about the city. Manager helped me me a lot. He called a bike guide. I have visited each and every corner of the holy city, twice to Golden tempel. Really it was awesome. I will go again and certainly stay in this very hotel again.
Hotel Manager was very helping, considerate, helping.

Room must be spacious with clean and well maintained bathrooms. The doors and air conditioner also needs maintenance.
Cupboard and doors are not well maintained. Toilets were not cleaned.

Room service of hotel was fine on average as I was gone there for business purpose so I Checked in evening. Hotel Aaditya Location is very impressive as all things are approachable. About cleanliness room was average not quite Bad. Staff was very cooperative. The service is good. The Restaurant is not in the hotel but food is provided by the service man. Room service was available so restaurant doesn't matter.

The room is good, the location is in the market, the railway station is near. And the service is good the canteen is not in the hotel but food is provide by the service man and the we hope that all can go and enjoy the trip

Hotel is not good. Only makemytrip photograph is good. Room is very small. Room is not clean. Room TV not working properly. In case of bathroom no light facility. Stair passage is very small. Only hotel is nearest Railway station.

Very dirty room I was not chakin. I was leave the room without stay. Hotel location is very Bad palace in Chor market Amritsar. No any securities in hotel additya. Please my all frinds don't stay in additya heights

My stay at hotel was average. Service was good. They need to improve cleanliness, facilities and rooms. Although the hotel authorities helped us with Autos and other vehicles, they could have started their own. Manager and Room service boys was helpful, and had given us warmth reception.

WiFi is advertised. There is no WiFi. After finding this out told the staff and they said they would tell me about a refund later (since I prepaid online). With no WiFi I went and booked another hotel. When I asked about the refund they told me not to worry because they can change me hotels to their partner. Already Had my alternative since they told me nothing of this earlier in the day. Talking to their management was completely useless. They jumped through hoops to get me WiFi but it didn't change the fact that I was now double booked and needed a refund because they advertised their hotel incorrectly. All of my words fell on deaf ears and they were very annoying to have to talk to. I eventually left without saying goodbye and forfeited my money to keep my blood pressure from giving me a heart attack. The hotel I moved to was great though! And better priced (mercury inn)

Near to Railway station. That is the good part because other hotels are also there with same tariff. The best part is that the taxi service arranged by hotel is awesome the rate and the taxiwala cum guide. How easily make us understand few good things about place.
