Good place to stay close to Mall Road.

Staff was hygienic and helpfull. Rooms were nice and worth the price

I faced like plethora of issues at the hotel. 1: no heater: they didn't mention it while booking. There were others who clearly mentioned they are charging money, but this hotel didn't mention anything. We had to pay 400 rs for heater. 2. In these covid time, cleaning and heigene is the most important thing, room was dirty, used utensils, used bedsheets and pillows. 3. Live wires from tv board. My 4 year old kid, would have been in danger. 4 everything was on ad-hoc basis, be it hot water, water. There was no cettle in room, they were providing 1 time hot drinking water in plastic bottles.

Worst experience at this hotel no cleanliness no facilities

Room 106 allotted to me and the bathroom was leaking and water get collected at side corner which don't have any drainage there. I champ-lain it 3 times but no one reported and cold in dc at zenith there should be a heater also and extra blanket must be provided

Good Hotel to stay near mall Road

The rooms don't look as good as shown in the images. Building is old just the outer wall has been modified for better look. Washroom: Wester toilet with old fittings were the sprinkler dosen't work properly. Electric: No backup in hotel. Totally depends on Gov. supply. Room heater : Available with extra charge. Food: no buffet, just paratha and macaroni which is not at all worthy for 200 each. Location: Location is good and hotel is at the center of mall road. Easy to access the prime location. Rating: It should be 1* as per my view and the cost of room should be low amount per night including breakfast.

Our stay in this hotel was very enjoyable. The location is perfect near Mall road. In fact, it is actually on the Mall road. The staff was very cooperative and mannered. They handled us very gently not calmly. Cleanliness was perfect and they made our stay in Manali really very good.

Budget hotel but service is slow and average cleanliness.

I book three rooms for 5 peoples. We reached hotel at 12 noon but room was not ready we wait ed there for an hour to get rooms. Staff response was very slow. Blankets were dirty even all my blankets smells very bad. In my room there were a lot of water leakage issue.

Other than cleanliness of toilet. Other things was fine. Food and service was good. Location was also fine.
Overall it was fine but not good.

Very average hotel with very high price. No power backup and frequent load shedding observed. Food price was too high with very limited choice. No updated menu. No lifts. I booked in peak season which is very high compared to hotel facilities. In rate, it is OK. It's budget hotel.
