Excess room rate room internal cleaning very poor night staying not like

Room had an awful smell. Geyser was not working. Aircondition was very dirty and not serviced. Fan was very noisy. No room service. Manager was courteous and arranged an immersion water heater for us. Overall a terrible experience. Location is good. Quiet and clean neighbourhood. But hotel was musty and badly kept.

It was a worse hotel i ever stayed in my life. Room was shabby, lilens were dirty, bathroom was not cleaned properly. Initially ac was not working but after request it was made operational. Ceiling fan was not running during our entire stay, there was electric sparking while running the fan. Rooms were not properly illuminated.
