Hotel Affas

I have booked superior deluxe non ac room, but at first they given me normal room. After complaining only they give the appropriate room, that too the bathroom is soo narrow. No water is served in the room. No iron box is available in the hotel. Bath towel provided after asking. Overall very average stay and 2000 rs is very high price. Not at all satisfied with the stay.

For safety standard its a good hotel. Location wise its very good.

First it has no elevator Secondly no restaurant Thirdly noisy

They gave a stinking room first. Which was changed only after we complained. The bathroom smelled bad. No breakfast was given. Not worth the price. Poor quality.

The location was good. But there no service. Even for water, we're told to fill jugs and bottles ourselves. There was no towels provided, we had to ask at the reception again.

The rooms were clean. The service was good. Located in the main town-Kalpetta. Kalpetta is a town and a municipality in the Wayanad district, state of Kerala, India. Kalpetta is the headquarters of Wayanad district[1] as well as the headquarters of Vythiri taluk. [2]

Room was clean with hot water facility. It is located opposite to Kalpetta bus stand. The auto facility is available when you reach out of the hotel. The ambience was good. Overall its a good place to stay with your family.

I had booked this hotel by makemytrip, when we checked in they gave the room then suddenly they came and told they don't have any tie up with makemytrip. Then how come it is listed in the website, they rudely asked me to contact makemytrip. I have my 9 month old daughter in my hand, then I told them that everything will settle in the morning. They were adamant to pay the rent and then enter the rooms. This is the worst possible experience I had with any hotels in the past 10 years of my travel experience. Families kindly avoid, individual travelers who want a budget hotel can opt for the same. But kindly ring them up and confirm about the booking and then go.
