Late hours not allowed.

Was charged extra rs 500 if check in before time hygiene was not maintained in room maintanence was poor

They don't have boy to carry bags. They fully control air conditioner from reception. I call 4 times to on the ac compressor only ac fan running. When i complain make my trip then ac compressor and cooling was on after 3 hours of checked in. They have 45 rooms they told me. But i saw they don't have sufficient staff for service.

Good Hotel and cooperative staff

Staff behavior is so bad. Not good.

The hotel rooms are quite average, all amenities are very average and old type of hotel. Location wise is good. Staff is good.

Not a good environment of Hotel, rooms are not cleaned.

I stayed for 2 days excellent hotel with cooperating and well-behaved staff with services, the best hotel till date for me wherever I stayed in hotels till now, cleanliness comfort and good hotel management.

Mattress is very this. Near to Civic Centre is best part of it.

I was supposed to stay only for one day but got to know that I have to stay for a few days and best thing was that when I was searching for hotels on MMT then I saw this hotel and first of all I called the hotel because check in time was 12 and I was so early like 5 am. On Jabalpur railway Station and they picked up the phone and said no issue whenever you want you can check in your check-in time will be counted for 24 hours from your in time mostly hotels does not allow this thing and room was also good to stay except the smell from towel and bed accessories and blanket.
Everything was fine but there was smell in towel and bed accessories and also mosquitoes in room but I asked for all out and problem got solved but smell in blanket and pillows was irritating.

They don't have manners like how to treat people. It's bad experience.

All are goods except food. Food facility is not available in this hotel. If you want have some food you have to go outside the hotel. Staff is cooperative. There is some problems with unmarried couple. You can't stay at same room with different. Identy proff.

According to the cost taken by hotel was not worthy. Room was spacious but of old days furnished . . Staff was friendly.

It was a great experience overall. All the shops, eateries etc are at walkable distance. Staff were polite and courteous.

I had gone to Jabalpur for an exam, the hotel is situated just 800 metres from the railway station, I had a very fruitful stay at the hotel, the room was nice with attached bathroom, it was tidy and neat, I hope I will return back for my interview and will stay here again.

Good spacious room with all facilities at mid of city. Good hotel. Neat and clean. But sometime electricity backup need to improve. But main problem is food, not available in hotel and nearby. Only smacks and dosa is available nearby. But overall a good stay. Cooperative staff.
