Their staff didn't know how to turn on the tv so that put the blame on me saying that I did something wrong, and then I had to go to the room and when I turned on the tv with the correct remote it was working perfectly fine, and also paid for deluxe room, got the smallest room of all which wasn't even looking like deluxe

The staff is humble and best for business travelers the washroom is clean, fast check in room was clean and comfortable for 2 person

The room size demonstrated is 1559 square feet whereas room was only 221 square feet. House keeping is very poor. Face towel, pillow cover and sheet was torn. Breakfast menu is very limited. Children are allowed but no extra bad is provided without charges. Location is far off from the market place i. E. Beyond airport. Not good at all.

Rk heights hotel's hospitality is very poor like the bathroom, bed, pillow and room condition is not good and hotel services not provided. So i hope to request next hotel services in good condition provided pls

The almirah was not cleaned, the hot water cattle was very dirty and the washroom glass curtain was not there. The shower was in broken condition, the room dustbin was not paddle operated just a simple open dustbin provided, also no coffee or tea readymade pouches given

Hotel akash inn was probably the best hotel i have ever visited in my life. Great staff and great food.

Ambiance was good, staff was very polite and helpful for food they take only 15-20 min after order really they have wonderful views for city from hotel top. Only one thing they need to provide smoke zone in each floor at least

It was a pleasure staying at this brand new property, which is 15 minutes walking from the stores. It is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
