staff was cooperative but room was very poor. basic things like doormats, dustbin etc was not available. only word very POOR

please don't book this hotel one of the horrible better to avoid this property unhygienic altogether

One of the worst hotel i have stayed no water dirty washroom haunted lobby dirty reception even no water bottle in room mattress torn ones curtain rods hanging

The property was normal but the room and washroom were not clean in a hygiene manner and ac was also broken.

That was the worst i have ever seen my life. Room was so dirty, bed was broken, ac was not working, cockroaches were everywhere toiket was like it was never cleaned since it built. Asked for water many times they don’t respond back timely.

Do not book this property, as it is not worth your money. Front desk and housekeeping all are untrained and property is not clean and hygienic.

Smelly sheets and bathroom. Poor service and a very bad run-down ambience with very annoying and condescending staff on the reception. Overall, a depressing experience.

Room was very untidy, washroom walls have termites.

The visitor is not allowed. Food is costly Far from main connectivity Road But the room is well neat and clean.

Spacious, neat clean room with good interior. Very near to railway Station. Good for family.

Hospitality was very good, nice place to stay, it was walkable distance from Dehradun railway station.

Smelly, old room, power was out most of the time and mosquitoes in room with staff wouldn't care about anything, when I asked for a cleaner room, they told me all rooms are the same and for power cut, they said well it comes back in sometime and nothing else they can do about it, booked the room for 2 nights but left in 1 night only, non-refundable deal is a trap so beware, when tried to contact MakeMyTrip, got message that someone will get back in 48 hours.

Yeh is the best way better than seeing god

I travelled with my wife to this hotel. As soon as we got in our room, issues like water was not coming in the toilets. I complained it to the reception and they resolved it that time. Again after few minutes water supply stopped. After that we ordered food and after few minutes they served me with non veg while I ordered for veg. I complained this to the staff and they took it away. Remaining food was tasteless and a total waste of money. We never ordered anything else and change the hotel the next morning. Overall if you want a comfortable stay. Look elsewhere.
