For the budget 1400, it seems good. Staff's behavior is ok. Terrist Garden is good. The view is superb. Geyser is working.

Property location is easy to find. People are well aware of its location. Food quality was good. Pricing is average. Amenities- clean room. But dont expect much as property seems a little bit old. Positive- the view of lake from hotel terrace is very good + distance of lake and mall roadis only 100 meters. Naina devi mandir is only 500 meters from here. Staff behaviour - good

Rooms are shabby, no way to reach the hotel by car, it's a steep road of around 200-300 mtrs to climb (strict no no for elderly people or people with medical issues) power back no provided, poor staff. It was a terrible experience

Bike parking facility was pathetic. No mirror in the room, only one small mirror in bathroom and it's too dirty as well. My room intercom phone was not working. Water supply of hot water was shut sometimes. Noisy atmosphere surrounding the room too late delivery of food. But the only thing was good, the view from the hotel terrace was amazing and worthy.
