We booked two rooms including breakfast. The owner Hotel Annapurna management did not serve the breakfast even though we paid in advance. Instead we were asked to dine in the Hotel Annapurna on the ground floor. Hotel annapurna residency is on the first floor. This was really sad, that despite paying for two room including breakfast, we were never asked or served any. Kindly refund us the related amount deducting the room charges.
