Hotel staff are very good all are supportive. Manager Mr. Surendra Ji a good person.

The room was charged quite high and did not meet expectations as per the cost. Negligent and limited staff members added.
Room service extremely poor. The helper boy behaved rudely. Far from the new route entry point. Charge was very high for the room.

Room was very worst as per location, room equipped with AC but geyser not working properly. Intercom facility not there. As per my suggestion don't take room in this hotel. One person in that hotel as care taker. All rooms are vacate at the time of our stay

Very bad service, location is very odd and dirty, rooms are dirty, most of things not working in rooms and staff is not interested to fix it. Won't recommend to anybody. Even there online details are wrong . Wont recommend to anybody

Human behavior is good. Other facilities is average. Location is good for vaishno devi mandir visit. Services is slowing and costly. Hotel owner have good behave. He has helping nature. Room fan is not working

This is a good hotel at this price. You can't except lots of facilities at here. But the person of hotel is very friendly and very good. Very good staff and location is good close to banganga check post. If you have low budget then good one.

Experience was awesome. Direct view of mata vaishno devi hill from room. Services were on time. Pick up and drop from railway station was also provided for us, yatra parchi was also provided to us in room.
