The property was good but morning there was no water supply, it made it more difficult as I had a flight from Jharsuguda . They should have an alternative system and there was no reply given even after complaining. this is a poor customer service

Worst customer service Very bad service experience. The reception manager was so rude. He didn't allow us to check in. Then he allowed and then overall quality of the hotel room services, water, embarrassing, and very, very, very bad.

Firstly,, they will tell you the hotel room price is around 5000, then if you go and make my trip if you book, then you have got the price of 3500 around with Texas overall experience is good, but there is a lot of difference between the Hotel

We were charged for amenities like swimming pool. But to our surprise it was not operational. we asked for extra bed but to our suprise it was not proper. It was only 6 inches above ground and in V shaped. My daughter could not able to sleep properly. In the morning I had to take my lugage on my own. There was no staff to help me with my luggage. Also they didnt provide any toothbrush and paste

Excellent hotel for stay although i stayed for one night only. Airport pickup was expected as instructed while booking. However, no one came to pick me up. Had to find a cab after a long wait. The restaurant was excellent with supporting staff.
