Hotel Atithi

The property is centrally located and about a 10 minute drive to the beach. Shopping and restaurants are 5 minutes away. The property has a good lobby and the checkin was efficient although we waited for about 15 minutes for our room. Thilaka did a great job and explained all the facilities. The rooms were just ok. The beds and linen are clean. However the corridor had black fungus just outside our room. There was also mold in the toilet door. There was a gap in the shower door which made the bathroom completely wet when taking a shower. The pool could not be used as their was algae formation on the water and it had turned green. The pool attendant said it will take a day to rectify. The breakfast was nice with a lot of variety. The staff are very polite and try their best to make you feel comfortable. Overall a decent stay.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at atithi Hotel Atithi. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and inviting space. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my mornings. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. What truly set this Hotel Atithi apart, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, always friendly and attentive to my needs. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. Hotel atithi is an old property but decently maintained. Location is the major advantage as it is very close to rock beach. Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast spread was decent and tasted good as well. The Hotel Atithi has good car parking space in the basement. Some issues that could be addressed are lift needs some maintenance. Out of two lifts, one wasn’t functioning properly. The other lift also had some problems. Our room toilet floor and fittings need some replacement. Water was not draining properly in wash basin. Also, there was some 30 mins delay in providing us room at the time of checking in. If these minor issues could be addressed, then the stay would be a pleasant one.

we had an excellent stay at Hotel Atithi Everything in the Hotel Atithi was top notch, rooms, food, service, staff even the security guards to receptionists every one was very well trained. The Hotel Atithi is a classic example of how everyone in the organisation speak the same language and maintain a pleasant nature. Even when you press the elevator button, 2 lifts arrive and is ready to serve you. Ample car parking, central location and excellent breakfast buffet. Hotel is one of the best Hotel Atithis that we stayed so far. when ever we visit pondy, we will definitely be staying here.

The Hotel Atithi is located in central puducherry making it near to all tourist location in puducherry. The room was very good. The staff pleasant & warm welcomed us with a smile. They were fast to respond to whatever request i made. Housekeeping and room dining was good. They have very good parking space also. The pool has a wonderful l view but is closed after 6pm and so is the gym - this is the only con i noted. The roof top bar is wonderfull. The food price was ok for the quantity and taste. I would book the Hotel Atithi agian if i were to visit puducherry again. Recommended.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel ppl were good. Bathroom mat was not provided. First day when i asked they provided. Next day when i requested to clean, they did clean but hadn't replaced with new door towel. Asked for the same, they just gave bad reason that mat is not available. Cleaning service is bad. Also i requested to send bellman for taking the luggage while checking out. Waited for more than 15mins no one was sent and i managed to go by myself. Otherwise food and room was good. Need to improve on these.

Thank you for providing such a nice hospitality! our stay for 2 days and 2 nights are really awesome. The room was big in size with king size bed, breakfast has been sumptuous with continental, indian, south indian delicious foods. Rooftop bar and restaurant has been really nice, watching ipl matches on a big screen relaxing in sea breeze has been joyful. We had two days good swimming time at pool. Room services, cleanliness, parking facilities, odd time restaurant facilities have been really appreciated.

The property is located at the heart of the city with a terrace pool facing the sea which closes at 6 in the evening. The rooms are specious. I was given an upgraded suite room which was huge in size. They have a gym too and the breakfast offered was too good to have with the variety given. Its worth the stay for a night in this Hotel Atithi and i highly recommend this Hotel Atithi for couples and family members. They have a nice roof top bar with big screen for people to enjoy in the evening

Centrally located, good parking lot, comfortable rooms and food is good. Service was good. Roof top restaurant was good. Rooms are showing signs of wear and tear.

It was nice stay. We reached early but they allowed us for early check in without any extra charges. Staff and breakfast was good.

Hotel Atithi is located in centre of Pondicherry, it’s ver easy to access other part of Pondicherry, foods are very nice & taste, having all facilities and nice ambiance…

Pros 1. Hotel location is good. Sight seeing places can be reached easily from here. 2. Rooms are clean with all basic amenities. 3. Tv technicians were readily available 4. Swimming pool was neat and clean. Cons 1. Pathway leading to room was smelly 2. Bathroom closet was small and so not comfortable to use 3. Breakfast was ok, not worth the hype

Location is perfect. If you are looking for a Hotel Atithi near the beach with ample parking and a swimming pool, please go for it.

I had a pleasant stay. Only thing if they can extend their breakfast time to 11 am and dinner time to 11 pm.
