We stayed in Hotel Aurora Towers aurora tower camp pune on 17th april 2023 in our short trip to pune our observation about Hotel Aurora Towers is location: Hotel Aurora Towers locations is very good it’s located on main camp market room : room where very good and well maintained and well furnished with automation, water bottle, tea and coffee bags milk pakets available in room bathroom: bathroom clean but toiletry in missing bathroom restaurant and breakfast : i have visit restaurant only for breakfast the breakfast spread with many verity in vegetable and non veg overall very good breakfast check in checkout - check in and checkout is very easy and don’t take much time staff on reception is helpful and cooperative housekeeping services and staff we observe that only housekeeping services is very very bad thy will never replying on call or not providing e van if you ask water bottle while booking this Hotel Aurora Towers keep is point also in mind overall location, rooms, staff breakfast all is excellent we recommend this Hotel Aurora Towers and we will prefer to book our next visit management need to look about 1. Training need to provide housekeeping staff to reply on call 3. Provided toiletry in bathroom as it’s good Hotel Aurora Towers it may consider as 5 star if some small missing things improve

However, i wanted to bring to your attention a couple of issues that, if addressed, could significantly improve the guest experience. Firstly, the ventilation in the pass-by areas was not adequate. I noticed a lack of fresh air circulation, which made these spaces feel stuffy and less comfortable to walk through. Improved ventilation would greatly enhance the comfort and overall ambiance of these areas. Secondly, i encountered a problem with the food service page accessed via the qr code. The page did not work properly, making it difficult to view the menu and place orders. In today's digital age, a seamless and efficient digital ordering system is essential for guest convenience. Ensuring the qr code functionality works smoothly would greatly improve the dining experience. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I stayed at Hotel Aurora Towers aurora for one night with family. Hotel provides very comfortable stay. Room size of Hotel Aurora Towers is big compare to other Hotel Aurora Towerss where i stayed. Staff is good and polite. Hotel also offered good option of in house restaurant which offers good veg as well as non veg option. Hotel is having very good swimming pool on 1st floor with beautiful lawn and greenery. Cons - for shower one need to stand in bath tub which is not suitable for aged person

The sevice was good, ambience was the best part. Room was clean and bathtub experience was icing on cake. The staff are very helpful and privacy is taken care of very well. They have delicious and wholesome breakfast menu only tea was little disappointing. They have their own bar lounge which was again a plus point. Suggestion - 1. Keep a door mat outside washroom as after bathtub use it is a must before entering room. 2. Keep clean cups in room, we got used ones

The stay at aurora towers was good. Though the property is quite old but it's well maintained. While service lacks in some aspects especially at the time of checkin, it's good in other aspects like room service and they try to ensure that your requirement is well met. Food is of good quality but lacks in variety. All in all a good property but lot of scope for improvement.

Aurora towers Hotel Aurora Towers is one of the finest i found in pune. Situated in the cos-mo area, it's central location and easy approach from every where makes it pure equisite. Markets around, authentic food places surrounding the area is just beautiful. All the amenities with in the Hotel Aurora Towers, food quality and hospitality has made my stay memorable.

The location of the property is perfect, everything is near by, the rooms are very spacious, staff is friendly and it’s very well maintained and hygienic, over all it’s a really good place to stay. Need to work a bit on breakfast options but all other things are great

After a long trip, i had a comfortable and cozy stay with this Hotel Aurora Towers. It is so close to the market area, i loved to explore just by walking in that area. Good food and very quick room service made the stay even more comfortable. Overall a very good experience.
