This Hotel is not recommended for family. Then not able to provide food for four people on time. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean. No proper parking

Food is very expensive and not Worth for money

Staff was nice, amazing roof top restaurant, clean room although was average in size. Altogether nice stay.

Hotel was in a good location. Hospitality of the staff needs improvement. Cleanliness of the hotel is poor. The restaurant is costly, and not tasty . The open roof top restaurant can't be utilised because of mosquito menace, though it offers a good view.

Awesome hotel. We had an excellent stay. Behaviour of the staff is too good. Rooms are very neat and clean. I would recommend this for everyone and even their night safari camp and stay is too good.

Good hotel for economical stay! Meals were not too good so I would advice having meals outside as the market is too close. The Sam dune safari provided was too good although that is paid every where and was not included in the charges

Rooms are clean and well furnished as it is shown on website, roof top restaurant, staff is helpful and co-operative with gentle behaviour. Service is good as expected and I think right choice for family, over all experience is good, value for money.

Really nice hotel with great staff. The rooms are very comfortable and big with lots of facilities such as air con, hot water and toilet paper. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to relax and sightseeing over the golden city. The view of the fort is spectacular. They also organise desert trips which are great - we rode camels and spent the night under the stars. We were also able to shower before our camel safari even though we hadn't checked in yet. Staff all very friendly, happy to chat and there to help and give advice whenever you need it! Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are too congested. People don't understand hindi or English. They are untrained. Had to pay extra half day fair for couple of hours, as visiting fort took extra time. That is also OK, but this was asked in a very rude and insulting way.

This hotel has one of the best and helpful staff. All the staff are so helpful and professional that they make us all feel comfortable. I found it excellent in the hospitality. Its nicely located. Complete value for money. Nice big spacious rooms

Good experience.. Hotel was clean and nice.. Enjoyed a lot... Hotel was located in good location all facilities were available.. All the attractions were nearby... Transportation was easily available..

The hotel is a relatively small hotel located at an ideal spot from all the important places to visit in Jaisalmer - The fort, the Gadisar lake, bus stand, restaurants etc are all at walking distance. The staff are really well behaved, helpful and polite. When we asked the hotel staff to arrange for sightseeing, they told us on their own that some of the jeep operators they contacted were asking for a premium amount. The rooms on the front side have a window seating place with cushions, pillows etc which is nice. The roof restaurant is also good and cheap - one can relax over a cup of coffee. The rooftop of the hotel affords a wonderful view of the Jaisalmer fort in its full glory.

Air-conditioning in poor state and shabby rooms. Staff are not helpful, always interested in making quick money. Rooms lack basic facilities which Are standard and required. Surrounding looks like dharavi..

Clean room with AC / fan. Being downstairs (102) it was quite noisy especially with the internal Window (and also no view / light from external window at all) but otherwise fine. A bit of a problem with sink water leaking from pipe (you really should fix that) but otherwise all in good shape. 10 min walk from Fort. Nice rooftop restaurant serving a decent breakfast (didn't try it for lunch or dinner but heard it's good). Overall good value for money.

The facilities in the hotel were great, we had a chance to get our laundry done, to have a quick bite and a clean and classy place to unwind. We would have prefer if the window in our room had an opaque cover. The room was on the ground floor and looked out on a tuk repair shop. I could see them clearly and felt they could see us. Other than that the hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful.

Booked the property for my parents. Location was Near to railway station &fort. Staff was cooperative. Value for money. Not much veg options. You can eat outside. Rooms were bit small but you get the value for the price you pay

The hotel is situated in a crowded area. The hotel is at a walking distance from all the city attractions. The room was so. We did not have night stay and the hotel is good to dump all the luggage and visit the city. The facility team was helpful !.
