Hotel BKC Mannat

hotel unsafe bmc demolished all the bathrooms of the hotel at 11.45 approx on 29.10.2025 i was out and wasnt informed i came back in the evening and the bathroom was completly trashed

It is so sick. One can hear other room washroom and water seeping into mine. . However staff were cordial

Location and room standard is not as per the 5k per night

Hotel was very bad as per location wise , amenities. This is very old hotel and some where service is good so this is running only on line basis . Flea , bed bugs are at bed . This is very painful to me .

Had a good experience at Hotel BKC Mannat. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the food was tasty. Convenient location near BKC and the US Consulate. Perfect for a short, comfortable stay.

area is dirty. hotel is broken from out side. not clean premises. in side rooms are too small. full garbage smell.

Room washroom was used not clean also the room was smelly and TV was not working also room shown in the website is totally different from actual room we got and its third class room plus hotel

Property’s food - food is good and tasty. Had Dal khichadi in the evening. If possible make it less spicy 🌶️. - ⁠afternoon tea ☕️ was good, but morning tea was average in taste and lukewarm. May improve - ⁠location is good. Need autowala to ferry passengers as per meter. charging ₹ 100 or ₹ 200 is not appropriate - ⁠facility is good. Stayed in the hotel 2-3 times. - ⁠Again on 25 June will be staying in the hotel.. need ₹ 1400 discount

We booked 2 rooms both room walls were unkempt, there were BEDBUGS. The photos were misleading that were available on the app. Breakfast time was 07:00-09:00, which is usually till 10:30 AM.

I booked it for the location and that’s what I got. Didn’t expect luxury at this price and wasn’t surprised that the room and amenities are basic but functional. The buffet breakfast was good and check-in and checkouts hassle free. Plenty of taxis and autos right outside

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small, cramped, and not at all what I expected based on the pictures. It was difficult to move around or feel comfortable. The cleanliness was average at best, and the amenities were lacking. The food was also a huge letdown – poorly prepared, bland, and not worth the price. Overall, the service was indifferent, and I did not feel welcomed during my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant experience. Definitely not worth the money I spent. Avoid if possible

No Cleanliness. saw coackroaches on the bed. I doubt they wash the towels regularly. not worth for the money.

I recently stayed at Hotel BKC Mannat and overall, my experience was disappointing. The hotel is located in a very dirty and filthy area, right near a slum, which made the approach quite unpleasant. The upkeep of the hotel room was very poor — I found cockroaches everywhere inside. Basic amenities were missing: bathroom slippers were not provided, towels were not clean, and there was no electric kettle or tea/coffee kit even though I had booked a deluxe room. The breakfast was relatively okay, offering basic South Indian options like idli, vada, uttapam, along with sandwiches and puri. While it is a budget hotel, there is definitely a lot of scope for improvement in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and in-room facilities. I hope the management takes necessary steps to enhance the guest experience.

The room was ok, but the locality was untidy. But the food was great and given the budget, the stay was very good.

I had a terrible experience at Hotel BKC Mannat, Mumbai, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are extremely small, cramped, and uncomfortable to stay in. It’s hard to believe this place is meant for guests — it felt more like a poorly maintained lodge. Cleanliness is a major issue here. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the verandahs were filthy. I was shocked to see spits in multiple areas — clearly, hygiene is not a priority for the management. There is no proper maintenance at all, and the entire building looks old and worn out, nothing like the photos shown online. The pictures are highly misleading. The location is another downside — the hotel is situated in a dirty, congested market area, which makes the surroundings noisy and unpleasant. While it is close to some major companies, that’s the only minor positive in an otherwise awful stay. Considering all this, the prices are unreasonably high for what you get. The services, cleanliness, and overall standard of the hotel are not even close to being worth the price. Please avoid staying here if you can — it’s simply not worth it.

The stay was good the service was excellent and it was near by my work place so the worked well for me
