Good atmosphere, clean room.friendly staff

My previous experience with this property (2 years ago) was very good. But this time it was not that much. Hot water Supply was very poor in the wash and bathroom. The kettle for making coffee & tea was stained /rusted inside.

The room was excellent. Staffs were cooperating. But the complementary breakfast was below average. Apart from the food it was a nice experience.

Buffet breakfast was not available even with payment due to lack of enough number of guests. Restaurant opens at 8am only. So had to go outside for tea at 7am. Lift was having bad odour. Room was ok and clean

One of the few four star hotels in Thodupuzha. It's a well maintained property. A quiet stay in the town itself. Easily accessible from the North and the South alike. Rooms and amenities are up to the marks. Restaurant ambience and the food or staff servise is good options available are commentable.

The stay was nice and the room was excellent. The thing that i found strange was about the drinking water. We were two people staying in the room. I have never seen a hotel charging for drinking water. 2 liter water for a day and if you want more water you'll have to pay for it. Who can live on by drinking only 1 liter of water a day. I have stayed with many other hotels and this was the worst experience that i had from a hotel.

Hello In Google photos I saw a double bed and a single bed. I have booked that room for three adults. But when we arrived we got 2 single cots with bed and one bed on the floor. The room was neat and clean but due to maintenance work in the surrounding rooms, the environment was not clean. Again the breakfast

Rooms are clean. Food was good. Good parking facilities. Overall a good experience. Hotel is very close to bmh.

I stayed there for a night with my wife. The hotel was under maintenance. I hope it will get completed soon.

The hotel is a very comfortable place to stay with a very polite staff. For a small place like Thodupuzah, it maintains a good standard with personalized care. It has a large parking place and a good restaurant. I did not use the bar so cannot comment on its services. The bathroom is hygenically maintained and room service is responsive and prompt.
