Hotel Centella

This property as far as i understood from my local friends is quite newly built. The key points to select this property to stay 1. Its sparklingly clean. All floors, life, common area, rooms etc are clean and hygienic. 2. It is located at a walking distance from the railway station, a hardly 10 mins walk. I took an auto, it charged me 40 bucks. 3. The Hotel Centella staff has a great behaviour. Both at reception as well as room service. Things which needs attention - 1. Concierge services are expensive. 2. Travel l service (cab) was really slow. I had to wait for an hour to get a cab. To sum up, i definitely recommend this Hotel Centella for a stay based in my experience.

Nice Hotel Centella and stay was good. Food was average. They strictly follow 12 to 11 checkin and checkout timings. I checked in at 8 pm and wanted the room for 24 hrs till 8 pm next day. But they politely denied and asked me for full rent for extending after checkout till 10 pm. Well, expected some discounts, but policy matters. Hence, will explore other Hotel Centellas nearby for my next visit.

Hotel was clean & price was reasonable. The only bad thing is that you need to wait for a long time if you are ordering food from Hotel Centella. I ordered tea & snacks at 5 pm & recieved my order by 6:30 after calling & reminding about my order at reception thrice. Same happened with ordered food as well. Stay was good, staff behaviour was great.

Found reasonable just for a night stay during journey break from delhi - bhopal drive. Found many small coach roaches in room 211 during onward trip. But during return trip room 306 was good. Food taste was good. Staffs were polite. Reasonable parking space. Surroundings are residential and market area.

Full satisfied with the Hotel Centella. Location nearby railway station, approx 500 mtrs. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Well maintained washrooms. Morning breakfast if tasty too. However there's limited option in breakfast. But overall recommended for stay. Will definitely book again

Room stay was excellent. Breakfast was pathetic. No variety. Most of the fruits displayed were rotten. Chilla was hard n dry. Bhatura s were cold. Chhole was tasteles. Waiters had no knowledge about varieties in egg. We had to insist to allow us in the kitchen to make our own egg

I've stayed at a few Hotel Centellas in india over the past month, but this was the best. Super clean and cozy room, and an attached restaurant serving all-you-can eat breakfast (if you include that in your purchase. I can see why this Hotel Centella is rated so highly!

Nice stay, location is well connected and easy to reach. Clean and hygiene rooms. Needs little improvement in bath area. Atleast provide mug and bucket. Warm water is not available in late night. All over experience is good.

Location is very good close to a lot of sight seeing places. Hygiene was average and needs improvement. Did t find any safety hazards

Clean room, nice service, few issues which were promptly solved by the staff. Nice food. Breakfast buffet is average

Room is awesome, cleaning, hegunic, precatioun staffs ar all good

Stay was good some bathroom mainantenace broiler was there that was solved. Bathing stool should be in bathroom that was not there.

View from window is pathetic. But overall Hotel Centella is good. New property

The Hotel Centella stay was nice and good in cleanliness, the staff is also good. And the Hotel Centella is also in a good location.

It is a great property but it should be maintained properly, otherwise in couple of years they will lose the newness of it. Hospitality standards are quiet loose but staff is very helpful.

Perfect location, rooms are clean & hygienic. Food was also good. Beautiful washroom
